The Radler & Ruf 1826 suction blast cabinet is a compact, professional sit-down cabinet with an integrated abrasive recirculation system and a permanently mounted filtration unit. The blasting chamber measures 680 × 490 × 530 mm; the blast gun can be guided freely or secured in a nozzle holder and operated via a foot valve. The filtration unit uses bag filters rated for dust class M, with a filter area of 2 m² and an airflow rate of 800 m³/h.

Leasing

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

Radler & Ruf Suction Blast Cabinet 1826 – Compact Professional Seated Booth with Integrated Filtration Unit

The Radler & Ruf 1826 suction blast cabinet is a high-performance, professional-grade, seated cabinet with a compact design and abrasive recirculation system. It was developed for commercial and industrial use and is suitable for controlled blasting work on smaller workpieces.

The blast gun can be guided freehand or secured in a flexibly positionable nozzle holder. The blasting process is conveniently turned on and off via a foot valve. Loading is done through a side door on the left side.

The filtration unit, which is permanently mounted on the rear wall, cleans the dust-laden air using M-class bag filters. Manual filter cleaning is performed using compressed air; the collected dust is stored in a dust drawer.

The actual compressed air requirement depends on the air jet used and the set working pressure. The compressor must continuously supply the required air volume at operating pressure and should have sufficient power reserves.
