Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Radler & Ruf 24-liter swirl blasting system – Complete Set for Particularly Gentle Surface Cleaning

The Radler & Ruf 24-liter swirl blasting system combines a continuously adjustable low-pressure blasting machine with a specially developed swirl blast head. The rotating jet distributes the blasting particles particularly evenly across the surface, thereby enabling a highly controlled, fine-grinding cleaning effect. The system is particularly suitable for restoration, historic preservation, natural stone, facades, graffiti removal, and other applications where mechanical stress on the surface should be minimized.

The 24-liter unit is the compact version of the Radler & Ruf swirl blasting machines. The manufacturer typically recommends a working pressure of approximately 1 to 4 bar for swirl blasting. The blasting pressure is continuously adjustable; the pneumatic remote control requires a minimum control pressure of 4 bar to function safely. The recommended air consumption of the base unit is approximately 3,000 l/min at 7 bar; a minimum of about 1,000 l/min is required.

24-Liter swirl blasting system at a Glance

✅ 24-liter mobile low-pressure blasting machine

✅ Swirl blast head for blasting that is particularly gentle on surfaces

✅ Dry, mist, and wet blasting available

✅ Blasting pressure continuously adjustable

✅ Pneumatic remote control with silencer

✅ Round blast nozzle made of boron carbide with a freely selectable nozzle bore diameter

✅ Fully assembled hose, control, and water system

How does whirl blasting work?

In the swirl blast head, a special vortex element causes the compressed air stream inside the nozzle to rotate. As a result, the finely distributed blasting particles are not directed exclusively at the surface head-on, but are guided in a rotating and tangential manner across the surface to be cleaned. This creates a fine-grinding cleaning effect with minimal localized stress.

The base of the system can be used as a swirl blast nozzle, flat blast nozzle, or round blast nozzle by swapping out specific components. The swirl blast nozzle is designed for particularly gentle cleaning, the flat blast nozzle produces a very wide jet, and the round blast nozzle offers a higher abrasive effect. Our complete set is supplied with the boron carbide round blast nozzle intended for the swirl blast head; the nozzle bore diameter can be selected freely when ordering.

Freely select nozzle bore diameter

The appropriate nozzle bore diameter is selected based on the application and available compressor power ratings. For this item, you can choose from 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 mm. Smaller nozzles reduce air consumption and are particularly suitable for finer, controlled work. Larger nozzles increase the possible surface coverage rate but require correspondingly more compressed air.

Dry, mist, and wet blasting—all in one system

The swirl blast head is designed for dry, mist, and wet processes. Water can be metered directly into the blasting process via the integrated water control system. The post-rinse unit then allows for targeted rinsing of the treated surface. This enables the operating mode to be flexibly adapted to the substrate, level of contamination, and dust requirements.

Typical Applications

✅ Restoration and Historic Preservation

✅ Delicate work on natural and artificial stone

✅ Historic facades and building components

✅ Gentle removal of contaminants and old coatings

✅ Graffiti removal

✅ Restoration work on sensitive surfaces

✅ Stonework and decorative building components

Choosing the Right Compressor

The required compressed air volume depends largely on the nozzle bore diameter and operating pressure. The 24-liter base unit is recommended for approximately 3,000 l/min at 7 bar and requires at least around 1,000 l/min. For typical swirl blasting at 1 to 4 bar, the actual air demand can vary significantly depending on the selected nozzle. Therefore, the nozzle bore diameter should always be selected to match the available compressor power.
