Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco Pulsar VI – high-performance pressure blast cabinet with a 40-liter blast pot and large working area

The Clemco Pulsar VI pressure blast cabinet is the larger standard version in the Pulsar compact series. It combines a blasting chamber measuring 1,290 × 1,150 × 1,020 mm with a 40-liter blast pot and a 6-mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle. This makes it suitable for larger workpieces and intensive surface treatment.

The pressure blasting process delivers significantly higher abrasive velocity than suction blasting and is particularly suitable for rust removal, heavy-duty cleaning, surface roughening and similar tasks requiring high material removal. A cyclone with a capacity of 16.8 m³/min reconditions the recovered abrasive and returns usable abrasive to the circuit.

The standard Pulsar VI operates with one filter cartridge and is designed for normal professional use in this size class. For particularly high dust loads or longer operating periods, the Pulsar VI Plus provides additional filter capacity with two filter cartridges.

Your Benefits at a Glance

✅ Pressure blasting process for high material removal performance

✅ 40-liter blast pot

✅ 6 mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle

✅ 16.8 m³/min cyclone

✅ Large blasting chamber: 1,290 × 1,150 × 1,020 mm

✅ Clear door opening: 940 × 975 mm

✅ Closed-loop abrasive system

✅ For larger workpieces and demanding surface preparation

Pressure Blasting System and Operation

The 40-liter blast pot pressurizes the abrasive and meters it into the compressed-air stream. The mixture travels through the blast hose to the 6-mm tungsten carbide nozzle. The high abrasive velocity allows coatings, rust and firmly adhering contamination to be removed efficiently.

Tungsten carbide is a robust nozzle material for intensive pressure blasting. Nevertheless, the nozzle is a wear part: as the bore enlarges, air consumption rises and the overall system setup changes. Regular inspection is therefore particularly important.

Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit

The 16.8 m³/min cyclone separates reusable abrasive from dust and excessively fine particles. Usable abrasive is returned to the pressure blasting circuit and reused over multiple cycles.

The cartridge filter cleans the process air and maintains the required negative pressure in the cabinet. For applications with particularly high filter loads or longer operating periods, the VI Plus with two filter cartridges is the intended alternative.

Compressed-Air Requirements

The compressed-air supply must be sized for the 6-mm pressure blast nozzle at the required working pressure. In addition to nozzle consumption, filter cleaning, control air and pressure losses in the piping must be considered. For a stable process, adequate reserve capacity is more important than sizing the compressor only to the theoretical nozzle demand.

The air must be dry, clean and oil-free. Condensate in the 40-liter blast pot can significantly impair abrasive metering.

💡 Note: The compressor is not included. We recommend checking the compressor, compressed-air treatment and pipe diameter as a complete system before commissioning.

Abrasive Media and Applications

The Pulsar VI is suitable for common reusable abrasive media. The pressure blasting process makes it particularly effective for applications requiring high material removal. For steel grit, Clemco specifies the optional 2.2-kW motor as a requirement.

Application / AbrasiveNote
Corundum / aluminium oxideHigh material removal, rust removal and surface roughening
Glass beadsWith suitably reduced pressure for cleaning and finishing
Plastic abrasive mediaFor gentler treatment when the parameters are suitably adjusted
Steel gritAccording to Clemco, only with the optional 2.2-kW motor

Installation, Operation and Maintenance

The Pulsar VI requires a level, load-bearing installation site and sufficient access to the door, filter, cyclone and blast pot. Clemco specifies an overall space requirement of approximately 10 m² including the work area and system components.

Before blasting, inspect the blast pot, blast hose, couplings, nozzle, gloves, viewing window and door safety switches. Maintenance work on the pressure blasting system may only be carried out after complete depressurization and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

The blast nozzle, nozzle holder, hose, metering valve, cyclone, filter cartridge and seals are typical inspection points. Nozzle wear in particular has a direct effect on air consumption and blasting performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
