Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Clemco SM-1 Blast Hose – Premium Hose for Highly Abrasive Media
The Clemco SM-1 blast hose is designed for the professional transport of highly abrasive media such as quartz sand, steel grit, corundum and glass. Its exceptionally abrasion-resistant, smooth and electrically conductive hose liner supports a long service life and a consistent abrasive flow between the blast pot and blast nozzle.
With a maximum operating pressure of 12 bar, an antistatic design and a temperature range of −35 to +80 °C, the SM-1 is suitable for demanding mobile and stationary blasting applications in industry, trade and plant engineering.

Selecting the Right Hose Size
The inner diameter must match the air flow, nozzle size and hose length. A cross-section that is too small causes high pressure loss and reduces blasting performance. For long hoses and large nozzles, a correspondingly larger inner diameter is particularly important.
Assembly, Inspection and Storage
Cut the hose end square and cleanly. The coupling and nozzle holder must match the outer diameter exactly. Before each shift, inspect for cuts, soft spots, blisters, exposed reinforcement, crushing and severe external wear. Replace damaged or unusually worn hoses immediately.
💡 Practical tip: Measure pressure loss under actual blasting load. If blast-pot pressure is high but nozzle pressure is significantly lower, check hose diameter, length, couplings and air treatment together.

No. This product consists of hose rolls without couplings or nozzle holders.
