Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Clemco Pulsar II – Height-Adjustable Compact Suction Blast Cabinet with Cyclone and Cartridge Filter
The Clemco Pulsar II is the smallest compact blasting cabinet in the Pulsar series. It combines an enclosed blasting chamber with abrasive recovery, a cyclone separator, and a cartridge filter, thereby offering the essential functions of a professional blasting cabinet in a comparatively small space.
In this configuration, the Pulsar II operates as a suction blast cabinet. The abrasive media is fed to the blast gun via the injector principle. The lower system complexity and the typically lower air consumption compared to pressure blasting make the suction version an attractive option for cleaning, deburring, matting, and surface roughening applications where maximum material removal rates are not required.
A distinctive feature of the Pulsar II is its height adjustment range from 1,550 to 1,870 mm total height. This allows the working position to be adapted to different operators and workplace conditions. The blasting chamber measures 910 × 965 × 700 mm and is loaded through a door opening with clear dimensions of 620 × 875 mm.

Blasting System and Operating Principles
In suction blasting, the compressed air in the blast gun creates negative pressure that draws the abrasive media from the circulation system and accelerates it. This method is well suited when controllable processing and a compact system design are more important than the maximum possible material removal achieved by a pressure blasting system.
After striking the workpiece, the abrasive media falls back into the collection area. The Pulsar II therefore does not operate as a single-use system but recirculates suitable abrasive media. This reduces consumption and supports a more consistent finish.
Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit
The cyclone is a central component of the Pulsar cabinet. It separates reusable abrasive media from dust and fine particles. The reconditioned media is returned to the blasting process, while dust is captured by the filtration unit.
The cartridge filter helps maintain stable cabinet negative pressure and visibility, provided that the filter, dust collection area, and air pathways are checked regularly. The integrated coordination of the cabinet, recovery system, and filter is a key feature of the Pulsar series.
| Component | Function |
|---|---|
| Cyclone | Separation of reusable abrasive media and fine particles |
| Cartridge filter | Dust removal from cabinet exhaust air |
| Abrasive recirculation system | Return of suitable media for reuse |
Compressed Air Requirements
The actual compressed-air requirement for the suction blasting version depends primarily on the nozzle bore diameter and operating pressure. Therefore, when selecting a compressor, it is not only the maximum pressure but, in particular, the deliverable flow rate under load that is decisive.
The compressed air must be dry, low in oil or oil-free, and free of disruptive contaminants. Moisture in the abrasive circulation system can significantly impair metering, flow, and the blasting pattern.
Abrasive Media and Applications
Clemco lists all common abrasive media with a grain size under 0.8 mm for the Pulsar II. This allows for a wide range of applications, from gentle cleaning to more aggressive surface roughening, provided the abrasive medium and grain size are suitable for the application.
Steel grit is listed as a limitation on the manufacturer’s website. For metallic media or special applications, the specific equipment should therefore be coordinated in advance.
| Application / Abrasive Media | Note |
|---|---|
| Glass beads | Matting, cleaning, and cosmetic finishing |
| Corundum / aluminum oxide | Rust removal, surface roughening, and enhanced cleaning performance |
| Plastic blasting media | Gentler cleaning or paint removal |
| Grit size | According to Clemco < 0.8 mm |
| Steel grit | The manufacturer specifies a limitation; check the configuration before use |
Installation, Operation, and Maintenance
The cabinet must be installed on a level and load-bearing surface. Doors, the filter, cyclone, and maintenance areas must remain accessible; therefore, when planning the installation site, more than just the cabinet’s external dimensions must be taken into account.
A trouble-free blasting process requires dry, oil- and dirt-free compressed air. Before starting work, check the hose connections, nozzle, gloves, viewing window, door seals, and safety devices.
In particular, the blast nozzle, nozzle holder, suction hose, abrasive circulation system, filter cartridge, dust collection area, and wear points should be checked regularly. A worn blast nozzle alters the blasting pattern and air consumption; a dirty filter cartridge impairs extraction performance.
