Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Novablast NBSC-50 – versatile 50-liter blast pot for workshops, construction sites, and professional surface treatment

The Novablast NBSC-50 is a professional blast pot with a 50-liter vessel capacity. It combines a highly mobile design with significantly longer operating intervals than a compact 18-liter blast pot. This makes the unit suitable for workshops, metal fabrication, vehicle restoration, maintenance, corrosion protection, and mobile blasting work on small to medium-sized surfaces.

The NBSC-50 is available with either an FSV or a Micro abrasive metering valve. The FSV is simple, robust, and particularly easy to maintain. The Micro valve allows for precise adjustment of the abrasive media flow rate and is ideal for users who frequently switch between different abrasive media and operating parameters.

The pressure vessel is designed for a system pressure of 5 to 12 bar. According to the manufacturer’s manual, the permissible compressed air and ambient temperatures range from 5 to 50 °C. The dimensions are 630 mm in diameter and 1,150 mm in height. The current NBSC-50 manual does not specify the unit’s weight.

FSV or Micro—which valve is a better fit?

The FSV features a simple, mechanically robust metering design and is particularly easy to maintain. The microvalve allows for finer adjustment of the abrasive media flow rate and is suitable for frequently changing abrasive media, grit sizes, or surfaces.

✔ FSV: simple, robust, and easy to maintain
✔ Micro: finer adjustment and greater flexibility
✔ Both variants: suitable for professional abrasive blasting applications

Typical Applications

✔ Removing rust and paint from metal parts
✔ Vehicle and classic car restoration
✔ Steel Construction and Metalworking
✔ Surface preparation prior to coating
✔ Machine and Equipment Maintenance
✔ Mobile construction site operations

Selecting the Right Size for Compressors and Nozzles

Air demand is primarily determined by nozzle bore diameter and operating pressure. To ensure consistently stable blasting performance, the compressor must deliver the required air volume at actual operating pressure. Novablast recommends a compressed air supply line with a minimum inner diameter of 3/4 inch for optimal power transmission.

Maintenance and Care

✔ Empty the moisture separator regularly
✔ Check the metering valve for wear and ensure unobstructed material flow
✔ Test the remote control and dead man's switch
✔ Check the silencer
✔ Check the blast hose, couplings, and nozzle
✔ Keep the container dry
✔ Comply with legal requirements for pressure vessel inspections
