We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The JOS 2.5 m hose package from Radler & Ruf is a fully assembled hose and blast nozzle kit for JOS low-pressure blasting machines. What makes this version unique is that you can select the appropriate JOS blast nozzle directly as a product variant. You can choose from the Piccolo nozzle (Ø 3.5 mm), the Micro nozzle (Ø 5.5 mm), and the Standard nozzle (Ø 9.5 mm).
This allows the complete set to be tailored specifically to the respective cleaning task. The smaller Piccolo nozzle is particularly suitable for delicate and sensitive areas, the Micro nozzle for figures, joints, and textured surfaces, and the Standard nozzle for medium-sized surfaces requiring correspondingly higher air and abrasive flow rates.

The air, water, and abrasive consumption values are manufacturer guidelines. The air flow values are based on 4 bar. Actual requirements depend, among other factors, on operating pressure, abrasive media type, grit size, and blasting machine settings.

The Three Available JOS Nozzles in Detail
Piccolo nozzle, red – Ø 3.5 mm:
The smallest nozzle size is designed for particularly fine and controlled work. With an air flow of approximately 500 l/min at 4 bar, it has the lowest air requirement and is particularly suitable for small figurines, ornaments, and delicate natural stone surfaces.
Micro nozzle, green – Ø 5.5 mm:
The Micro nozzle is the medium-sized option. With an air flow of approximately 1,000 l/min at 4 bar, it is suitable for medium-sized figures, joints, recesses, and textured surfaces that require a balanced combination of precision and surface coverage.
Standard nozzle, blue / black – Ø 9.5 mm:
The largest JOS nozzle is designed for medium-sized surfaces. With an air flow of approximately 2,600 l/min at 4 bar, it has the highest air requirement and enables correspondingly higher surface coverage.
JOS Low-Pressure Blasting for Sensitive Surfaces
In the JOS process, the special nozzle movement causes the emerging abrasive media to strike the surface in a circular pattern. This creates an abrasive cleaning effect that is particularly well-suited for delicate surfaces and those worth preserving.
Radler & Ruf recommends a blasting pressure of approximately 1 to 4 bar for the JOS low-pressure process. The pneumatic remote control requires a minimum pressure of 4 bar. Pressure, water flow, and abrasive flow should always be adjusted to the substrate and the desired cleaning result.

Operating and Maintenance Instructions
Before treating delicate or historic surfaces, always test a small area first. Start at a low intensity and gradually adjust the blast pressure, water flow, and abrasive flow to achieve the desired result.
After use, rinse the nozzle, post-rinse unit, and water lines with clean water and remove any remaining abrasive media or debris. Regularly inspect the blast hose, sleeve coupling, control line, lever valve, and nozzle mounting for wear or damage.
