The Düsenprofi SV is a Venturi plug-in nozzle made of hot-pressed boron carbide for direct installation in blast hoses with an inner diameter of 25 or 32 mm. A separate threaded nozzle holder is not required. Depending on the hose size, nozzle bores ranging from 5 to 12.5 mm are available; the Venturi geometry facilitates powerful acceleration of the abrasive media.

Leasing

At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The Düsenprofi SV is a hose-insert blast nozzle with a hot-pressed boron carbide nozzle insert for direct integration into blast hoses with an inner diameter of 25 or 32 mm. The wide range of variants covers bore sizes from 5 to 12.5 mm.
The 25-mm versions are 100 mm long, and the 32-mm versions are 110 mm long. This allows the nozzle to be precisely adapted to the hose cross-section, air flow rate, and desired surface coverage rate.
