Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Contracor CAB-ST – professional injector blast cabinet with mobile turntable, cyclone recovery and automatic filter cleaning

The CAB-ST is designed for heavy, bulky or difficult-to-handle workpieces. A manual turntable mounted on a mobile cart allows the workpiece to be loaded outside the cabinet and then moved into the work chamber on a rail system. Black rubber wall lining protects the cabinet interior when abrasive media are used.

As with the CAB-S, abrasive media is processed through the GX injector blast gun and then reconditioned in the R-350 or R-400 cyclone. Dust and fines are separated in the integrated cartridge dust collector, whose filter cartridge is cleaned automatically by pulse-jet compressed-air pulses.

Benefits at a Glance

✅ Mobile turntable for convenient loading and unloading

✅ Ø 500 mm turntable on CAB-110ST and Ø 800 mm turntable on CAB-135ST

✅ Internal and external rail system with flanged wheels

✅ Black rubber wall lining for wear protection

✅ R-350 or R-400 cyclone recovery system

✅ Automatic pulse-jet filter cleaning

✅ Work chambers up to 1,350 × 1,100 × 1,070 mm

✅ Maximum cabinet working load of 350 kg

💡 Note: The external rail system and turntable cart require additional installation space in front of or beside the cabinet. The final footprint depends on the orientation of the rail system.

Compressed-Air Requirements

With the standard Ø 4 mm air jet and Ø 8 mm blast nozzle, compressed-air demand is 0.723 m³/min at 4 bar, 1.010 m³/min at 6 bar and 1.300 m³/min at 8 bar. Additional reserve is required for pulse-jet filter cleaning and the blow-off nozzle.

Abrasive Media and Fill Quantity

Most reusable dry abrasive media are suitable. According to the manufacturer catalogue, suitable media include aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, garnet, glass beads, steel shot or steel grit, and plastic abrasive media.

Abrasive mediaSuitability and notes
Glass beadsSuitable for cleaning, matting and gentle surface finishing.
Corundum / aluminium oxideSuitable for higher material removal. The rubber lining protects the cabinet walls; cyclone, blast nozzle and hoses remain wear parts.
Silicon carbideSuitable, very aggressive and highly wear-intensive. Use a tungsten carbide blast nozzle.
GarnetSuitable, but abrasive and wear-intensive.
Plastic abrasive mediaSuitable for gentler cleaning and paint removal.
Steel shot / steel gritLimited use up to approximately 0.80 mm. The rubber lining reduces wear on the internal cabinet walls.
Quartz sand / slagQuartz sand must not be used because of the serious health hazard. Slag is not recommended because it breaks down quickly.
💡 Note: Quartz sand must not be used. Moist compressed air can cause abrasive media to clump.

Installation, Operation and Maintenance

The cabinet must be installed on a level, load-bearing surface and securely grounded. Doors, cyclone, dust collector and maintenance areas must remain freely accessible. The internal and external rail system must be aligned, level and free of obstacles; sufficient manoeuvring space must be provided for the turntable cart. Electrical connections may only be made by qualified personnel.

Switch on the dust collector and recovery system before blasting. Keep all doors closed during operation. After processing, blow off the workpiece inside the closed cabinet; do not open the doors until a sufficient post-extraction period has elapsed.

Regularly inspect the filter cartridge, pulse-jet components, dust container, cyclone, blast nozzle, air jet, hoses, gloves, viewing window, door seals, safety switches, rails, flanged wheels, bearings and turntable. Worn components increase air consumption and impair the blast pattern and recovery performance.
