Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.
Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.
In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.
BNP-601 pressure blast cabinet with 100-liter blast pot, 900 CFM cyclone, MBX-1500 filter, and 6 mm tungsten carbide nozzle is in stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available again
Clemco BNP-601 – large industrial pressure blast cabinet with a 100-liter blast pot, 900 CFM cyclone and MBX-1500 filter
The Clemco BNP-601 pressure blast cabinet is designed for industrial users who need to process large workpieces with high pressure blasting performance. The blasting chamber measures 1,490 × 1,530 × 1,500 mm, while the clear door opening of 1,400 × 1,380 mm facilitates loading bulky and heavy components.
The 100-liter blast pot provides a large abrasive reserve for longer work cycles. Through the 6-mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle, the abrasive reaches the high velocity typical of pressure blasting. This makes the system particularly suitable for intensive cleaning, rust removal, paint stripping and surface preparation.
For abrasive recovery, the BNP-601 uses a 900 CFM cyclone with a capacity of approximately 25.4 m³/min. The MBX-1500 cartridge filter provides dust collection. The separate BNP system components allow flexible arrangement in the production area.

Pressure Blasting System and Operation
The 100-liter blast pot pressurizes the abrasive and meters it into the compressed-air stream to the 6-mm tungsten carbide nozzle. The high abrasive velocity delivers intensive processing performance. The large blasting chamber provides sufficient clearance and freedom of movement for guiding the nozzle around bulky components.
The large abrasive reserve supports long work cycles. Nevertheless, metering and working pressure must be matched to the abrasive and the required surface finish; higher pressure is not automatically better for every task.
Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit
The 900 CFM cyclone provides abrasive cleaning and recovery. Abrasive that remains effective is separated from dust and fine particles and reused, allowing an economical abrasive circuit to be maintained during industrial operation.
The MBX-1500 cartridge filter removes process dust. The modular BNP design allows flexible installation but, with the BNP-601, adequately sized connections and unobstructed maintenance areas must be provided.
| Component | Function |
|---|---|
| 100-liter blast pot | Large abrasive reserve for pressure blasting |
| 900 CFM cyclone | Abrasive reconditioning, approx. 25.4 m³/min |
| MBX-1500 | Cartridge filter for dust collection |
Compressed-Air Requirements
A 6-mm pressure blast nozzle requires a high-performance compressor. For continuous industrial use, the required flow rate must remain available under load. Pressure losses, filter cleaning and other consumers must also be taken into account.
The compressed air must be dry, clean and oil-free. With a large abrasive reserve and long operating periods, stable compressed-air quality is particularly important because condensate can impair abrasive metering and conveying.
Abrasive Media and Applications
The BNP-601 is designed for all common suitable abrasive media. The combination of a large working area and pressure blasting performance makes it particularly suitable for large-format components requiring demanding surface treatment.
| Application | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Rust removal / paint stripping | High material removal on large surfaces |
| Surface roughening | Preparation of large components before coating |
| Cleaning | Powerful removal of firmly adhering residues |
| Deburring / finishing | Can also be performed in a controlled manner with adjusted parameters |
Installation, Operation and Maintenance
Clemco specifies approximately 27 m² for the BNP-601 including the cabinet, working area and system components. Because of the weight and large door opening, workpiece handling using a loading cart, turntable or in-house lifting equipment should be considered during planning.
Before blasting, inspect the blast pot, metering equipment, blast hose, nozzle, couplings, gloves, viewing window and door safety switches. Maintenance on the pressure system may only be carried out when completely depressurized.
During continuous operation, the nozzle, blast hose, metering valve, cyclone and MBX filter must be inspected regularly. In a system of this performance class, wear and dust loading directly affect air consumption, blast pattern and extraction.
