Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco Kit-Cab – compact injector-suction blast cabinet with cartridge filter for smaller professional blasting jobs

The Clemco Kit-Cab is designed as a particularly compact injector blast cabinet. It combines a blast chamber, a suction blast system, and a dust filter in a relatively small footprint, making it particularly suitable for workshops, maintenance facilities, and businesses that want to process smaller components in a controlled, enclosed cabinet.

In the injector or suction blasting process, the abrasive media is drawn in by the airflow at the blast gun and conveyed to the nozzle. Compared to a pressure blast cabinet, the system is simpler in design and operates at a lower blasting capacity; however, it allows for precise control and is well-suited for many cleaning, matting, and surface treatment tasks on smaller workpieces.

The Kit-Cab is available in three versions: unassembled as a space-saving DIY kit, assembled with cartridge filters, and assembled with automatic filter cleaning. This allows you to choose between an affordable entry-level option, a ready-to-use standard model, and a version with more convenient filtration technology.

Your Benefits at a Glance

✅ Compact all-in-one system for smaller blasting jobs

✅ Injector/suction blasting method with easily controllable blasting effect

✅ Standard 8 mm boron-carbide blast nozzle

✅ Cartridge filters for controlled dust collection

✅ Three versions: unassembled, assembled, or with an auto-filter

✅ Blasting chamber 900 × 780 × 750 mm

✅ For all common, suitable reusable abrasive media

✅ Requires only about 2 to 3 m² of space, according to Clemco

💡 Note: The Kit-Cab is intentionally designed as a compact injector cabinet. If you require significantly higher removal rates, large workpieces, or long daily blasting times, you should consider a larger Pulsar or BNP solution, or a pressure blast cabinet.

Blasting System and Operating Principles

The injector principle works with a blast gun in which the flow of compressed air creates a vacuum and draws in the abrasive media. This eliminates the need for a separate blast pot. The blasting effect can be easily controlled, which makes the Kit-Cab particularly suitable for cleaning, matting, and general surface treatment of small parts.

The standard 8-mm boron carbide nozzle offers high wear resistance with many mineral abrasive media. However, blasting performance and processing speed depend significantly on the abrasive media, nozzle condition, working pressure, distance, and desired surface finish.

Abrasive Recirculation System and Filtration Unit

After processing, the used abrasive media falls back into the lower part of the booth and is available for reuse by the suction blast system. The enclosed work area reduces the release of abrasive media into the surrounding environment and allows for the multiple reuse of suitable reusable media.

The cartridge filter keeps the dust generated during blasting out of the work area. The version with automatic filter cleaning makes filter maintenance more convenient; however, regular inspection of the filter cartridge and the collected dust is required for all models.

Component Function
Abrasive Recirculation System Recycling of reusable abrasive media back into the work process
Cartridge filters Collection of dust generated during blasting
Auto-Filter Variant Automated filter cleaning to maintain a constant airflow

Compressed Air Requirements

For the standard 8-mm nozzle, Clemco specifies an air consumption of 0.78 m³/min at 4 bar. This figure is an important minimum value for compressor selection, but does not include any additional reserve for pressure losses, the piping system, or other consumers.

The compressor should be capable of continuously delivering the required flow rate at the actual operating pressure. Under-sized compressors result in pressure drops, fluctuating blasting performance, and longer processing times.

Nozzle / Operating Condition Compressed Air Requirements
8 mm standard nozzle at 4 bar 0.78 m³/min according to Clemco
6.5 mm nozzle at 4 bar 0.46 m³/min according to Clemco
💡 Note: The compressor is not part of the booth. When sizing the system, in addition to the pure nozzle demand, an operational reserve should be included to account for line losses and other compressed-air consumers.

Abrasive media and Applications

Clemco approves the Kit-Cab for all common, suitable abrasive media. In practice, a dry, free-flowing abrasive media suitable for the desired surface should be used. The grit size and type of abrasive media influence material removal, roughness, finish, and wear on the abrasive-carrying components.

For frequently changing applications, it is recommended not to mix abrasive media indiscriminately. A clean circulation system ensures more reproducible surface finishes.

Application / Abrasive Media Note
glass beads for cleaning, matting, and cosmetic finishing
Corundum / Aluminum Oxide For heavier material removal and surface roughening; note increased wear
Plastic blasting media for cleaning and paint removal tasks that are gentler on materials
Other Reusable Media Use when dry, free-flowing, and compatible with the nozzle and the desired surface finish

Installation, Operation, and Maintenance

The booth must be installed on a level and load-bearing surface. Doors, filters, and maintenance areas must remain accessible; therefore, when planning the installation location, more than just the booth’s external dimensions must be taken into account.

A trouble-free blasting process requires dry, oil- and dirt-free compressed air. Before starting work, check the hose connections, nozzle, gloves, sight windows, door seals, and safety devices.

In particular, the blast nozzle, nozzle holder, suction hose, abrasive circulation system, filter cartridge, dust collection area, and wear points should be checked regularly. A worn blast nozzle alters the blast pattern and air consumption; a dirty filter impairs suction performance.
