Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Radler & Ruf Professional Sandblasting Gun – High-Performance Injector Blasting Head for Blast Cabinets

The Radler & Ruf professional sandblasting gun is a robust injector-type blast head designed for use in professional blast cabinets. It combines compressed air and abrasive media directly within the blast head, thereby producing a uniform, controlled blast for cleaning, rust removal, and surface treatment.

The blast gun is suitable as a spare part or retrofit part for suction blast cabinets and is available with either a hardened steel or carbide blast nozzle. Additionally, you can choose between nozzle bore diameters of 6, 7, and 8 mm, allowing the gun to be adapted to the available compressor power ratings and the desired surface coverage rate.

Your Benefits at a Glance

✅ Professional injector nozzle for blast cabinets
✅ Uniform suction and delivery of the abrasive media
✅ Rugged design for workshops and industrial use
✅ Available with either a hardened steel or carbide nozzle
✅ Available with nozzle bore diameters of 6, 7, or 8 mm
✅ Suitable for cleaning, rust removal, and surface preparation
✅ Easy replacement of worn-out cabinet blasting guns
✅ Suitable for numerous suction blast cabinets that use the injector principle

📦 Variants

✔ Hardened steel blast nozzle
Cost-effective model for occasional to regular blasting applications and less abrasive media.

✔ Carbide blast nozzle
More wear-resistant design for frequent use, longer service life, and abrasive media.

Available nozzle bore diameters:
✔ Ø 6 mm – lower compressed air consumption and more precise machining
✔ Ø 7 mm – balanced ratio of air consumption to surface coverage rates
✔ Ø 8 mm – higher surface coverage rate with a sufficiently powerful compressor
💡 Note:
The appropriate nozzle size must match the compressor’s free air delivery. As the nozzle bore diameter increases, so do the blasting capacity and compressed air requirements.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between hardened steel and cemented carbide?
Carbide is significantly more wear-resistant and is particularly suitable for frequent use and abrasive media. Hardened steel is the more economical solution for shorter operating times.

What is the correct nozzle size?
The choice depends on compressor power, desired blasting intensity, and workpiece size. Larger nozzles require more compressed air.

Is the gun suitable for pressure blast machines?
No. It is an injector nozzle for suction blast cabinets.
