Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco Pilot Pressure Regulator – Stable Control Air for Pneumatic Remote Control Systems

The Clemco pilot pressure regulator provides the control pressure required for pneumatic remote control. A stable pilot pressure is essential for ensuring that the hand lever, inlet valve, and outlet valve respond quickly and consistently. The regulator is available in 1/2-inch and 1 1/2-inch sizes.

Your Benefits
✅ Defined supply to the control air circuit
✅ Two connection sizes
✅ For compatible Clemco remote control systems
✅ Supports reliable switching times
✅ Ideal for replacement and plant maintenance

Variants and Technical Specifications
Variant Item No. Mapping
1/2 inch 31230D Compact Control and System Piping
1 1/2 inches 31231D Large-diameter plant piping

Task in the system

✔ Supply to the pneumatic control circuit
✔ Stabilization of the pilot pressure
✔ Support for fast opening and closing operations
✔ Protection against malfunctions caused by improper control pressure

Selection and Installation

Check the connection sizes, system model, and installation position based on the existing piping and documentation. Depressurize the system before installation, clean the air path, and note the flow direction.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Regularly check regulators, connections, and control lines for leaks and contamination. Fluctuating or excessively low pilot pressure can result in delayed startup, slow shutdown, or incomplete valve stroke.

💡 Practical tip: Evaluate pilot pressure during a realistic switching operation. A drop in pressure under load indicates constrictions, leaks, or an insufficient supply.

FAQ

What size do I need?
The size depends on the existing Clemco system and the connecting piping.

Can any pressure regulator be used?
To ensure reliable operation, the component intended for the system should be used.
