Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.
Hose coupling with or without safety collar and NBR rubber seal, DIN 3489, galvanized malleable cast iron, max. PN 10, hose nominal bore 6–53 mm - without a safety collar / 6 is in stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available again
Krause K+K hose coupling DIN 3489 – with NBR seal and optional safety collar
The Krause K+K hose coupling is part of the robust claw coupling system in accordance with DIN 3489 for flexible compressed-air supply. The symmetrical system features a standardized coupling head with a 42 mm claw spacing and is locked by turning it approximately 45°. This allows compressed-air hoses to be connected quickly to other couplings and connection types within the system.
The coupling is made of galvanized malleable cast iron and is equipped with an NBR rubber seal. Depending on the hose size, versions with or without a safety collar are available. For a particularly secure hose assembly, Krause K+K recommends the version with a safety collar in combination with a matching Type B hose clamp according to DIN 20039 with safety claws. The temperature range is −40 °C to +100 °C, and the maximum operating pressure is PN 10.

How It Works and Compatibility
✔ Symmetrical quick coupling system with two claws
✔ Locks by turning approximately 45°
✔ Standardized 42-mm coupling head within the DIN 3489 series
✔ Different connection types within the system can be coupled together
✔ The hose tail connects directly to the compressed-air hose
✔ Versions with a safety collar allow additional positive locking of the hose assembly
Installation and Safety
The hose inner and outer diameters must match the coupling and the hose clamp being used. For versions with a safety collar, a suitable Type B hose clamp according to DIN 20039 is recommended. Its safety claws engage behind the collar, providing additional mechanical security. Regardless of the version, the hose must be installed correctly and checked for a secure fit before commissioning.
Applications
✔ Compressed-air hoses on compressors
✔ Workshop and industrial compressed-air systems
✔ Mobile compressed-air systems on construction sites
✔ Mechanical and plant engineering
✔ Blasting technology and other compressed-air-powered applications
✔ Applications requiring additional mechanical security of hose assemblies when using versions with a safety collar
FAQ
What is the claw spacing of the hose coupling?
The claw spacing is 42 mm.
Which seal is used?
The coupling is equipped with an NBR rubber seal.
What is the maximum operating pressure?
The maximum operating pressure is PN 10.
What does the version with a safety collar mean?
When combined with a suitable Type B hose clamp, the safety collar allows additional positive locking of the hose assembly.
Can the hose coupling be connected to other DIN 3489 connection types?
Yes. The coupling head is standardized within the DIN 3489 system.
How do I choose the correct size?
The determining factor is the hose inner diameter, or hose nominal bore. The hose clamp must also match the actual hose outer diameter.
Conclusion
The Krause K+K hose coupling according to DIN 3489 is a versatile and robust solution for professional compressed-air hose lines. Its 42-mm coupling head, galvanized malleable cast iron, NBR seal, wide size range, and choice of standard or safety-collar versions provide a high degree of flexibility. For safety-oriented hose assemblies, the combination of safety collar and Type B clamp offers an additional mechanical advantage.
