Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco BNP-601 – Large-capacity industrial suction blast cabinet with a 900 CFM cyclone and MBX-1500 filter

The Clemco BNP-601 is designed for workpieces for which compact cabinets such as the Pulsar or BNP-220 no longer provide sufficient working space. The blasting chamber measures 1,490 × 1,530 × 1,500 mm; the clear door opening of 1,400 × 1,380 mm allows for the loading of significantly larger components.

As part of the modular BNP series, the cabinet, cyclones, and filter are constructed as separate units. This allows the system to be spatially adapted to production processes. In this suction-blasting configuration, the BNP-601 operates with an 8-mm boron carbide nozzle, a 900 CFM cyclone with a flow rate of approximately 25.4 m³/min, and an MBX-1500 cartridge filter.

The combination of a large working area, industrial abrasive recovery, and separate filtration technology is designed for regular and continuous blasting operations. Typical applications include cleaning, deburring, finishing, and roughening large workpieces.

Your Benefits at a Glance

✅ Very large blasting chamber: 1,490 × 1,530 × 1,500 mm

✅ Clear door opening: 1,400 × 1,380 mm

✅ 900 CFM cyclone / approx. 25.4 m³/min

✅ MBX-1500 Cartridge Filter

✅ Suction blast system with an 8 mm boron-carbide blast nozzle

✅ Flexible layout of the booth, cyclones, and filter

✅ Industrial Abrasive Recirculation System

✅ Suitable for large, heavy, or bulky workpieces

✅ Designed for continuous industrial use

💡 Note: For the BNP-601, installation must be planned as a complete system. The cyclones and filter must be added to the booth’s weight of 795 kg. Additionally, the door area, maintenance access points, and, if applicable, drive-in or turntable systems must be taken into account.

Blasting System and Operating Principles

In suction blasting, the abrasive media is drawn into the blast gun by negative pressure and accelerated onto the workpiece surface through an 8-mm boron carbide nozzle. The process is easy to control and is suitable for a wide range of cleaning, finishing, and surface roughening tasks.

The size of the BNP-601 provides significantly more room to maneuver than smaller models. Especially with bulky geometries, it is not only the actual workpiece dimensions that are crucial, but also the necessary distance between the nozzle and the surface, as well as the operator’s freedom of movement while wearing gloves.

Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit

The 900 CFM cyclone, with a capacity of approximately 25.4 m³/min, recycles the recovered abrasive media. Usable grit is separated from dust and excessively fine particles and fed back into the blasting process. This reduces consumption and ensures a consistent blasting result.

The MBX-1500 cartridge filter removes dust from the process air. Thanks to its modular design, the filter can be positioned away from the booth, depending on the available space. Maintenance access and hose or pipe routing must be planned accordingly.

System component Function
900 CFM cyclone Cleaning and Recovery of the Abrasive Media
MBX-1500 Cartridge filters for process dust
Modular layout Flexible positioning of the cabinet, cyclones, and filter

Compressed Air Requirements

The compressed air supply must be sufficient to meet the air demand of the 8-mm suction blast nozzle and the desired working pressure. In industrial applications, a sufficient power reserve is crucial to ensure that the pressure remains stable even during longer work cycles.

In addition, the air must be dry, clean, and free of oil. Proper compressed-air treatment prevents moisture in the abrasive media and reduces malfunctions in the conveying system.

💡 Note: The compressor is not included. Before deciding on a system, you should verify that the flow rate, pressure, pipe diameter, and compressed-air treatment are sufficient for the intended application.

Abrasive media and Applications

According to Clemco, the BNP-601 is suitable for all common abrasive media. This allows the blasting pattern to be adapted to the application, ranging from relatively gentle cleaning to significant surface roughening. The key factors are the medium, grit size, nozzle, pressure, and desired surface profile.

Applications Practical Benefits
Cleaning Large Components Large blasting chamber and large door opening
Deburring Targeted machining of more complex geometries
Abrasive Blasting Preparation for Coating or Further Processing
Finishing / Matting Uniform finish with carefully selected abrasive media

Installation, Operation, and Maintenance

Due to its size, the BNP-601 requires careful installation planning. Clemco specifies approximately 27 m², including the work surface and system components. Doors, maintenance areas, the cyclone, and filters must remain easily accessible; additional space for movement must be provided if optional transfer carts or turntables are used.

Before operation, check the door safety switches, nozzle, hoses, gloves, viewing windows, and seals. The system may only be operated with the doors closed. The extraction system maintains a negative pressure in the work area.

For continuous use, the nozzle, hoses, cyclones, filter cartridges, dust collection container, and wear points should be consistently included in the maintenance routine. A clean abrasive circulation system and an unobstructed filter are crucial for reproducible results.
