Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

IBIX Infinity Blast Helmet – TH3P 4-in-1 Blower-Powered Respirator for Professional Blasting Work

The IBIX Infinity blast helmet is a fully integrated, battery-powered blower-based respiratory protection system designed for demanding blasting, restoration, and surface treatment applications. In a single unit worn on the head, it combines respiratory protection, head protection, eye protection, and face protection, offering a particularly comprehensive solution for work areas with high levels of particulate dust.

The blower system continuously supplies the user with filtered air and maintains positive pressure inside the helmet. The Infinity operates at the highest protection class, TH3, as defined by EN 12941, and combines this with an industrial safety helmet compliant with EN 397 as well as a wide-view panoramic visor. The battery, blower, filter, and monitoring electronics are integrated into the system, eliminating the need for an external breathing air line.

TH3P Respirator with Constant Positive Pressure

The Infinity is designed as a TH3P-class powered air-purifying respirator. TH3 is the highest protection class within the EN 12941:1998 + A2:2008 standard for this type of device. The manufacturer specifies a nominal protection factor of 500 and, for Germany, an assigned protection factor of 100. This means the Infinity is designed to handle significantly higher particle concentrations than Class TH1 systems.

The blower provides the user with at least approximately 160 liters of filtered air per minute. The airflow system maintains positive pressure inside the helmet and automatically adjusts the output when airflow resistance increases—for example, due to filter clogging. At the same time, the continuous airflow makes breathing more comfortable and reduces the tendency for the visor to fog up.

Intelligent Airflow Control and System Monitoring

A distinctive feature of the Infinity is its integrated electronics for continuous system monitoring. According to the manufacturer, the real-time diagnostics continuously monitor the operating status and the user’s breathing requirements. If the available battery capacity decreases or the airflow changes due to increased filter loading, the user is notified via the head-up display and audible signals.

The automatic performance control helps maintain the intended positive pressure and airflow even under varying loads. This makes the Infinity particularly suitable for extended professional use, where reproducible respiratory protection and clear status information are important.

Industrial Safety Helmet and Panoramic Visor

Unlike lightweight impact-resistant cap systems, the Infinity incorporates a full-fledged industrial safety helmet compliant with EN 397. The robust helmet shell and adjustable strap system are designed for professional occupational safety. Matching hearing protection can be added as an option.

The flip-up panoramic visor offers a wide field of view and complies with Optical Class 1. It is tested for high particle velocities in accordance with EN 166.B; the manufacturer specifies impact protection up to approximately 435 km/h when tested with a 6 mm steel ball. For abrasive blasting operations, wear-resistant films can be used to protect the actual visor surface for as long as possible.

Filters, Pre-filters, and Maintenance

The Infinity uses highly efficient particle filters and aerodynamically designed pre-filters. The filter units can be quickly replaced using a bayonet system. The pre-filter reduces the load on the main filters caused by coarser particles, thereby supporting cost-effective use of the filter system.

All relevant wear components should be inspected regularly based on dust exposure, operating time, and manufacturer specifications, and replaced in a timely manner. The included air flow test unit allows for an additional functional check before use.

Scope of Delivery

We supply the IBIX Infinity blast helmet as a complete blasting respiratory protection system:

✅ 1 × IBIX Infinity blast helmet (black), including motor and blower unit

✅ 1 × lithium-ion battery

✅ 1 × charging cable with charging station

✅ 1 × Prefilter, including prefilter mats

✅ 1 × Airflow Test Unit

✅ 1 × black carry bag

Typical Applications

The Infinity is designed for professional applications involving high levels of dust and particles. Typical applications include sandblasting and fine-blasting, industrial surface preparation, restoration and renovation, as well as dust-intensive grinding, cleaning, and machining processes. Thanks to the combination of TH3P respiratory protection, an industrial safety helmet, and a panoramic visor, it is particularly well-suited for applications where, in addition to high-performance respiratory protection, head protection, eye protection, and face protection are also required.

Infinity or Active?

The IBIX Infinity is the higher-performance protective solution: TH3P respiratory protection, an EN 397 industrial safety helmet, a panoramic visor, and electronic system monitoring are designed for demanding professional applications. The IBIX Active, featuring TH1P protection and a hard cap for impact protection, is significantly lighter and is particularly suitable for mobile, less demanding work. Which model is the right choice must be determined based on the risk assessment and the required personal protective equipment.

Important Safety Notice

The Infinity uses particle filters. The manufacturer does not offer any filter options for gases or vapors for this system. Therefore, the helmet must not be used as protection against gases or vapors. Before use, the hazardous substances present in the workplace, their concentrations, and the required protection class must be determined as part of the risk assessment. In the event of oxygen deficiency, exposure to gases or vapors, or applications outside the approved operating conditions, an appropriately suitable respiratory protection system or breathing air supply is required.
