Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

ACF Nemo / Maxi Nemo – mobile mist spray system for effective dust suppression

The ACF Nemo is a mobile, pneumatically operated water mist spray system designed to reduce dust during construction, demolition, grinding, blasting, cutting, and machining operations. A finely adjustable nozzle generates a dense water mist that binds airborne dust and directs it to the ground.

The system is suitable for construction sites, workshops, stone processing, recycling, demolition, sandblasting, grinding, sawing, and other dust-intensive processes. The 50-liter stainless steel tank provides the water supply. The nozzle head is mounted on an adjustable mast and can be aligned both horizontally and vertically.

Depending on the model, the Nemo is available with one or two spray heads, with or without additional equipment, and as a complete Maxi-Nemo set with an oil-free electric compressor. This allows the system to be adapted to different surface areas and existing compressed air supplies.

How Dust Control Works

Fine water droplets are introduced into the dust-laden area. The droplets bind with the airborne dust particles. Due to their increased weight, the bound particles sink to the floor instead of continuing to disperse in the air.

For best results, the mist should be positioned as close as possible to the source of dust. At the same time, care must be taken to avoid unnecessarily wetting work surfaces, electrical equipment, or sensitive materials.

Nemo or Maxi Nemo?

The Nemo is suitable for businesses that already have a suitable compressed air supply. The Maxi Nemo additionally includes an oil-free electric compressor, making it a more complete, ready-to-use system.

Typical Applications

✔ Demolition and gutting work
✔ Renovation and Building Demolition
✔ Stone processing and natural stone businesses
✔ Sandblasting, grinding, and cutting operations
✔ Recycling and processing plants
✔ Quarries and Mining
✔ Earthwork and Construction Site Logistics
✔ Workshops and Industrial Manufacturing

Setup and Alignment

The spray head should be positioned so that the mist covers the dust source as completely as possible. Wind, air currents, facility ventilation, and the direction in which the dust is moving must be taken into account. For larger areas, the two-spray-head configuration may provide better coverage.

Maintenance and Care

✔ Clean the container regularly
✔ Use only clean water
✔ Check nozzles for deposits
✔ Check compressed-air connections for leaks
✔ Inspect hoses for damage
✔ Completely drain the system if there is a risk of freezing
✔ Service the compressor according to the manufacturer’s specifications
✔ Check the level indicator and pressure gauge

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Nemo require compressed air?
Yes. The system is pneumatic. The Maxi Nemo comes with a compatible compressor.

How far does the spray mist reach?
Depending on the settings and environmental conditions, approximately 1–8 meters.

How much water is consumed?
Depending on the setting, the manufacturer specifies approximately 0–7 liters per hour.

Can the system be used in winter?
Yes, provided that water lines and components are protected from frost. After use, the system must be completely drained.

Is dust containment complete?
No. The effectiveness depends on the type of dust, particle size, wind, installation, and orientation. The system reduces dust exposure but does not replace necessary extraction systems or personal protective equipment.
