Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Comprag DV37 – variable-speed rotary screw compressor with 37 kW, 1:1 direct drive, and demand-based compressed-air generation

The integrated variable frequency drive continuously adjusts compressor speed to actual compressed-air demand, helping maintain stable system pressure while reducing unnecessary idle and switching losses.

The generously sized screw airend is connected directly to the electric motor via a flexible coupling. The 1:1 direct drive eliminates belts and gear stages and provides efficient power transmission.

Your Benefits at a Glance

✅ Variable-speed control matched to actual compressed-air demand
✅ 1:1 direct drive without belt losses
✅ Free air delivery up to 6.2 m³/min
✅ Stable operating pressure with reduced load/idle cycles
✅ v-Log controller with group control and MODBUS connectivity
✅ Effective air/oil separation with residual oil content up to 3 mg/m³ according to the manufacturer
✅ Sound-insulated housing – approx. 72 dB(A)

Technical Specifications

DV-3708: 5–8 bar, free air delivery 6.20 m³/min, G 1¼ compressed-air connection
DV-3710: 5–10 bar, free air delivery 5.60 m³/min, G 1¼ compressed-air connection
Voltage: 3-phase, 380–420 V, 50 Hz
Sound pressure: 72 dB(A)
Dimensions: 1,400 × 1,000 × 1,500 mm
Weight: 790 kg

The free air delivery values are specified in accordance with ISO 1217 and the sound pressure levels in accordance with ISO 3744.

Variable-Speed Control

A pressure sensor monitors system pressure and the controller adjusts motor speed via the variable frequency drive. The DV37 therefore operates according to demand rather than repeatedly switching between full load and idle.

1:1 Direct Drive

The electric motor and screw airend are connected directly via a flexible coupling, eliminating belt slippage, belt replacement, and gear-stage losses.

Construction and Components

An energy-efficient screw airend, electric motor with thermal protection, effective air/oil separation system, cooler, filters, and the v-Log controller work together to provide a reliable compressed-air supply.

Compressed-Air Quality and Treatment

The compressor generates oil-injected compressed air. The final compressed-air quality depends on downstream treatment such as dryers and appropriate compressed-air filters.

Typical Applications

The Comprag DV37 is suitable for industrial and trade compressed-air networks with fluctuating demand, including production, metalworking, CNC machining, assembly, painting, blasting, and automated systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the DV Series variable-speed?
So that free air delivery automatically adapts to current compressed-air consumption.

What does 1:1 direct drive mean?
The electric motor transmits power directly to the screw airend via a flexible coupling.
