Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery

As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ACF Calao 28 / Calao 58 – High-Performance Air Blasting Machines for Professional Paint Stripping and Cleaning Applications
The ACF Calao is a professional low-pressure blasting system designed for users who want to treat larger surfaces, undertake extensive restoration work, or work with frequently changing materials. Depending on the model, it offers an abrasive capacity of either 24 or 50 liters. This makes the system suitable for both mobile construction site applications and longer-term work in workshops and production facilities.
The operating pressure is adjustable from approximately 1.5 to 7 bar. Combined with precise abrasive metering, the cleaning performance can be adapted to wood, metal, natural stone, brick, glass, polyester, and many other materials. Depending on the material, nozzle, and task, ACF specifies a guideline value of approximately 50–70 m² per workday for the Calao.
The Calao is available in several versions: as a standalone blasting system, with hose sets of various lengths, and as a complete Maxi-Calao system with a properly sized compressor and compressed-air treatment.

Calao 28 or Calao 58?
The Calao 28 is the more portable model and, with a 24-liter capacity, already offers good operating autonomy. It is suitable for regular use on construction sites, larger pieces of furniture, beams, facade areas, vehicle parts, and many traditional restoration projects.
The Calao 58 features a 50-liter hopper and allows for longer operating intervals without refilling. It is particularly well-suited for applications involving large areas, extended operating times, or higher volumes of abrasive.
Suitable Surfaces
✔ Steel, cast iron, aluminum, and automotive body parts
✔ Natural stone, brick, concrete, and facades
✔ Glass and decorative surfaces
✔ Polyester, fiberglass, and boat hulls
✔ Machine and plant components
Choosing the Right Compressor
The required air flow rate depends primarily on the nozzle size and operating pressure. Larger nozzles increase the surface coverage rate but require significantly more compressed air. For the Calao 28, a usable air flow rate of approximately 1,200–2,000 l/min is recommended, depending on the nozzle. For the Calao 58 and larger nozzles, plan for approximately 2,000–3,000 l/min or more.
Suitable Abrasive Media
✔ Garnet for controlled material removal and durable surfaces
✔ Glass beads for gentle cleaning and finishing
✔ Walnut shell abrasive for sensitive materials
✔ Baking soda for special cleaning tasks
✔ Use only dry media with sufficient flowability
Typical Applications
✔ Facade and Natural Stone Cleaning
✔ Derusting metal structures
✔ Vehicle and classic car restoration
✔ Boat Building and Antifouling Removal
✔ Building renovation and historic preservation
✔ Contract blasting and cleaning services
Maintenance and Care
✔ Remove condensate from the compressed air supply
✔ Check the nozzle regularly for wear
✔ Check the blast hose and couplings
✔ Keep the metering device clean and free-moving
✔ Check the remote control and dead man’s switch
✔ Use only suitable, dry abrasive media
