Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco BNP-721 – Largest standard BNP suction blast cabinet with a 900-CFM cyclone and selectable MBX filter

The Clemco BNP-721 is the largest standard booth in the BNP series. With a blasting chamber measuring 1,820 × 1,750 × 1,830 mm, it offers a working area that is significantly larger than that of the compact Pulsar and smaller BNP models. The clear door opening of 1,730 × 1,590 mm allows for the loading of very large and bulky workpieces.

In this configuration, the BNP-721 operates as a suction blast cabinet with an 8-mm boron carbide nozzle. A 900-CFM cyclone with a capacity of approximately 25.4 m³/min handles abrasive reconditioning. Two product variants are available for dust collection: the MBX-1500 or the MBX-2000. This allows the filter configuration to be tailored to the specific application at the time of ordering.

The modular BNP design separates the cabin, cyclone, and filter. This makes it easier to adapt to production areas and allows for a customized system layout. This is a particularly important advantage for cabins of this size, because the workspace, loading, maintenance, and filtration technology must all be planned together.

Your Benefits at a Glance

✅ Largest standard blasting chamber in the BNP series: 1,820 × 1,750 × 1,830 mm

✅ Very large clear door opening: 1,730 × 1,590 mm

✅ Suction blast system with an 8 mm boron-carbide blast nozzle

✅ 900 CFM cyclone / approx. 25.4 m³/min

✅ Choose either the MBX-1500 or MBX-2000 filter variant

Blasting System and Operating Principles

Vacuum blasting technology conveys the abrasive media using the negative pressure generated by the blast gun. Despite the large chamber, this keeps the blasting effect well under control. The 8-mm boron carbide nozzle is designed for use with abrasive, reusable blasting media.

The large work area provides sufficient freedom of movement for long, tall, or bulky components. When selecting workpieces, it is not only the door opening that must be taken into account: There must also be space in the blasting chamber for positioning, rotation, nozzle spacing, and, if necessary, a workpiece handling system.

Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit

The 900-CFM cyclone continuously recovers and cleans the abrasive media. Dust and broken fine particles are separated from the usable grit. The processed media is returned to the blasting process and is thus reused multiple times in a cost-effective manner.

Depending on the variant, the BNP-721 is available with either an MBX-1500 or MBX-2000 filter. The larger filter type offers an alternative configuration option for the entire system. Which variant makes the most technical sense depends on the amount of dust, the abrasive media, operating time, and installation conditions.

Compressed Air Requirements

Air demand depends on the 8-mm nozzle, the desired working pressure, and auxiliary consumers. Especially for a system of this size, the compressed air supply should not be undersized. A sufficient flow rate under load is essential for a stable blast pattern.

Dry, clean, and oil-free compressed air is particularly important for abrasive media transport and filtration. Condensate can compromise large quantities of abrasive media and lead to conveying malfunctions.

💡 Note: The compressed air supply should be technically inspected before ordering. The compressor is not included with the blasting cabinet system.

Abrasive media and Applications

Clemco approves the BNP-721 for all common abrasive media and for a wide range of applications. For large workpieces, the cabinet can be used, for example, for cleaning, deburring, roughening, or finishing. The choice of abrasive media determines the material removal rate, surface roughness, finish, and wear.

TaskSetup Guidance
Cleaning Large ComponentsSelect the medium and pressure based on the type of contamination and the base material
Abrasive BlastingAdjust grit size and blasting parameters according to the target surface roughness
DeburringControlled machining of complex geometries
RefiningUse a suitable, finer abrasive for a uniform finish

Installation, Operation, and Maintenance

Clemco specifies a space requirement of approximately 29 m² for the BNP-721, including the work surface and system components. Due to the large door opening and potential workpiece weights, loading should be factored into the planning from the outset. Optional handling equipment, such as loading carts or turntables, may be advisable depending on the workpiece.

The booth must be installed on a load-bearing, level floor. Filters, cyclones, doors, and maintenance areas must remain accessible. Electrical and compressed air connections must be installed properly.

During operation, the nozzle, hoses, gloves, viewing windows, door safety switches, cyclones, filters, and dust collection areas must be inspected regularly. Especially during extended periods of operation, consistent maintenance directly affects blasting quality and operational safety.
