Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

IBIX 3 microblasting system – compact low-pressure blasting machine for precise dry blasting applications

The IBIX 3 microblasting system is the particularly compact dry blasting unit in the mobile IBIX series. With a vessel capacity of just 3 liters, low weight, and finely adjustable blasting pressure, it is ideal for restoration, historic preservation, wood, natural stone, metal, spot paint removal, and work on small or hard-to-reach surfaces.

The all-aluminum construction is designed for easy one-person operation. Working pressure and abrasive flow can be precisely adjusted to the respective surface. In combination with various nozzles and abrasives, the cleaning or material-removal effect can be adjusted from very fine to significantly more abrasive.

IBIX 3 at a Glance

✅ Compact professional low-pressure blasting machine

✅ 3-liter vessel capacity

✅ Blasting pressure adjustable from approx. 0.2–7.5 bar

✅ Micrometric abrasive metering

✅ Only approx. 10 kg empty weight

✅ German complete-set version with a 2.5 mm Venturi nozzle

Precise control instead of unnecessarily high blasting power

With the IBIX 3, the surface effect is not determined by pressure alone. The decisive factors are the interplay of working pressure, abrasive flow, nozzle geometry, nozzle bore diameter, abrasive media, and working distance. This allows the system to be operated even at very low pressures and tailored specifically to sensitive materials.

Various cylindrical and Venturi nozzles are available for more concentrated work. The German microblasting-system configuration comes with a 2.5-mm Venturi nozzle. Other nozzle sizes can be used depending on the application and available compressed air.

For sensitive substrates, always start at low intensity and first test on a suitable area.

IBIX 3 Standard, Restauro, or H2O?

The classic IBIX 3 is the universal dry blasting version. The IBIX 3 Restauro places greater emphasis on particularly fine conservation work using small nozzles. The IBIX 3 H2O supplements dry operation with targeted water injection for dust suppression. For maximum process versatility, the IBIX 3 Trilogy Plus is also available, featuring Standard, H2O, and Helix technologies.

Compressor and Air Requirements

The manufacturer specifies a minimum air requirement of approximately 300 l/min. Actual consumption depends on nozzle size and operating pressure. For continuous operation, the compressor should therefore not only meet the minimum requirement but also have sufficient reserve capacity and deliver compressed air that is as dry and clean as possible.

FAQ about the IBIX 3

Which nozzle is included with our product?
According to IBIX Germany, the German complete-set version G100012 comes with a 2.5-mm Venturi nozzle.

Is the machine suitable for delicate surfaces?
Yes. Thanks to low operating pressure, precise abrasive metering, and the right abrasive media, the effect can be adjusted with a high degree of control.

Can sodium bicarbonate be used?
Yes, provided that the nozzle, grit size, and application are selected appropriately.

Is it suitable for large areas?
The focus is on mobility and precision. For higher surface coverage rates, the IBIX 9, 25, 40, or 60 are better suited.
