Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

IBIX 3 H2O Microblasting System – compact wet blasting system for precise, low-dust cleaning
The IBIX 3 H2O microblasting system is the particularly compact dual-function version of the mobile IBIX low-pressure blasting machines. The system combines conventional dry blasting with targeted water addition, making it suitable for restoration, historic preservation, facade cleaning, graffiti removal, wood, natural stone, metal, and many sensitive surfaces. Thanks to the low, finely adjustable blasting pressure and micrometric abrasive metering, the cleaning effect can be precisely matched to the substrate.
H2O technology uses a removable wet blast nozzle. Without the wet blast nozzle, the machine can still be used as a conventional dry blasting machine. With water addition, a fine water mist is generated directly at the blast stream, binding dust and removed material. This retains the flexibility of a classic microblasting system while significantly reducing dust generation in suitable applications.

H2O Dual Technology – Dry Blasting or Wet Blasting with Water Mist
With the IBIX H2O system, water is added directly to the blasting process. The wet blast nozzle produces a fine water mist around the abrasive media and the removed material. This reduces dust generation and is particularly useful for work in city centers, on facades, during restoration projects, or in other sensitive environments.
For applications where water is undesirable, the wet blast nozzle can be removed. The IBIX 3 H2O then operates like a conventional dry blasting machine. This makes the system considerably more flexible than a wet-only blasting system.

Suitable Abrasive Media
The IBIX 3 H2O can be used with various fine abrasive media depending on the application, nozzle, and desired surface effect. These include almandine garnet, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, glass microspheres, plant-based abrasive media, and sodium bicarbonate. In combination with bicarbonate, H2O technology is particularly suitable for gentle cleaning because dust generation is reduced and sensitive, non-porous surfaces can be treated in a controlled manner.
The choice of abrasive media is critical to the result. Grit size, hardness, specific gravity, blasting pressure, nozzle bore diameter, and working distance should always be matched to the material and contamination.

Compressor and Air Requirements
The manufacturer specifies a minimum air requirement of approximately 300 l/min. This should be understood as the minimum system requirement. Actual demand increases with nozzle bore diameter, operating pressure, and required blasting output. For continuous operation, the compressor should therefore have sufficient reserve capacity and deliver compressed air that is as dry and clean as possible.

Can the machine also be used for dry blasting?
Yes. The H2O version is a dual-function system. Without the wet blast nozzle installed, the machine can be used as a conventional dry blasting machine.
What is the water used for in the H2O system?

Is sodium bicarbonate suitable?
