Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco Pulsar VI Plus – pressure blast cabinet with a 40-liter blast pot, 16.8 m³/min cyclone and two filter cartridges

The Clemco Pulsar VI Plus pressure blast cabinet is designed for intensive professional applications with high blasting and filter loads. The 40-liter blast pot feeds a 6-mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle and delivers the high material removal performance of pressure blasting. The blasting chamber, measuring 1,290 × 1,150 × 1,020 mm, provides space for larger workpieces.

Unlike the standard Pulsar VI, the Plus version has two filter cartridges. Clemco recommends this version for dust-intensive materials and longer operating periods. The 16.8 m³/min cyclone reconditions the recovered abrasive and returns usable abrasive to the pressure blasting circuit.

The Pulsar VI Plus therefore combines high pressure blasting performance, a large working area and increased filter capacity in a compact system. For businesses with regularly intensive blasting tasks, it is the performance-oriented version in this Pulsar size class.

Pressure Blasting System and Operation

The 40-liter blast pot supplies the abrasive under pressure and meters it into the air stream to the 6-mm tungsten carbide nozzle. Pressure blasting generates high particle velocity and therefore an intensive cleaning and surface-roughening effect. For more sensitive components, the working pressure can be reduced accordingly.

The robust tungsten carbide nozzle is suitable for intensive operation but remains a wear part. An enlarged nozzle bore increases air consumption and may exceed the available compressor capacity. The nozzle bore should therefore be checked regularly.

Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit

The 16.8 m³/min cyclone separates reusable abrasive from dust and fine particles. The reconditioned abrasive returns to the circuit and is reused in the blast pot, allowing suitable abrasive to be used economically over multiple cycles.

The two filter cartridges are the key feature of the Plus version. They provide greater filter capacity when blasting generates substantial dust or when the system operates for longer periods. Regular filter cleaning, inspection of the dust collection area and maintenance remain necessary.

Compressed-Air Requirements

The combination of pressure blasting and longer operating periods places high demands on the compressor. It must continuously provide the air flow required by the 6-mm nozzle at working pressure and additionally provide reserve capacity for filter cleaning and pressure losses.

Dry, clean and oil-free compressed air is required for reliable operation. Especially during long operating periods, the compressed-air treatment should be designed so that no condensate enters the blast pot or abrasive.

💡 Note: The compressor is not included. A technical check of the compressed-air supply before ordering is strongly recommended for this class of equipment.

Abrasive Media and Applications

Clemco specifies all common suitable abrasive media for the Pulsar VI Plus. With pressure blasting technology and increased filter capacity, the cabinet is particularly suitable for intensive cleaning, rust removal, surface roughening and comparable applications with higher dust generation.

According to the manufacturer, steel grit is intended only with the optional 2.2-kW motor. This requirement should be taken into account when configuring the system.

ApplicationAdvantage of the VI Plus
Intensive cleaningHigh pressure blasting performance plus additional filter capacity
Rust removal / paint strippingHigh material removal in dust-intensive processes
Surface rougheningFast surface preparation of larger workpieces
Longer blasting cyclesTwo filter cartridges compared with the standard VI

Installation, Operation and Maintenance

The cabinet requires a level, load-bearing installation site. Sufficient clearance must be provided for the doors, cyclone, blast pot, filters and maintenance; Clemco specifies an overall space requirement of approximately 10 m².

Before each use, inspect the blast pot, hoses, nozzle, couplings, gloves, viewing windows and safety devices. Maintenance on the pressurized system may only be carried out after complete depressurization.

Particular attention should be paid to the nozzle, blast hose, metering valve, cyclone and both filter cartridges. During intensive use, maintenance status should be monitored closely so that blasting performance and extraction remain stable.
