Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco BNP-65 – industrial pressure blast cabinet with a 100-liter blast pot, 900 CFM cyclone and MBX-1500 filter

The Clemco BNP-65 pressure blast cabinet combines the more compact cabinet size of the BNP series with full industrial pressure blasting technology. The 100-liter SC-2040 blast pot feeds a 6-mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle and therefore delivers significantly higher cleaning and material removal performance than a comparable suction blast system.

The BNP series has a modular design: the cabinet, blast pot with cyclone and cartridge filter are separate system components. This allows the system to be arranged flexibly at the installation site. The BNP-65 provides a blasting chamber measuring 925 × 995 × 905 mm and is therefore an attractive solution where industrial pressure blasting performance is required while the workpieces remain comparatively compact.

A 900 CFM cyclone with a capacity of approximately 25.4 m³/min handles abrasive recovery. The MBX-1500 cartridge filter separates process dust from the extracted air. This combination is designed for continuous industrial use.

Pressure Blasting System and Operation

The 100-liter blast pot supplies the abrasive under pressure. It is metered into the compressed-air stream and transported through the blast hose to the 6-mm tungsten carbide nozzle. Compared with suction blasting, the abrasive reaches a higher velocity, which is particularly advantageous for firmly adhering coatings, rust and demanding surface preparation.

Blasting performance can be adjusted through working pressure, abrasive metering, nozzle distance and abrasive selection. The maximum system pressure is not required for every surface; more sensitive materials can be processed with reduced parameters.

Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit

The 900 CFM cyclone separates reusable abrasive from process dust and worn fine particles. Reusable abrasive is returned to the circuit and fed back to the blast pot. This reduces abrasive consumption and keeps the system operating efficiently.

The MBX-1500 cartridge filter provides dust collection. Because of the modular BNP design, the filter can be positioned to suit the production environment. Maintenance access and connecting lines must be planned accordingly.

Compressed-Air Requirements

Compressed-air demand is determined primarily by the 6-mm nozzle and the working pressure used. For continuous operation, the compressor must provide the required flow rate without a sustained drop in system pressure. Filter cleaning and other auxiliary consumers require additional reserve capacity.

The compressed air must be dry, clean and oil-free. With a 100-liter pressure blasting system, moisture in the abrasive can cause significant metering and conveying problems, so suitable compressed-air treatment is particularly important.

💡 Note: The compressor is not included with the cabinet. For reliable sizing, flow rate, working pressure, pipe cross-section and compressed-air treatment should be considered together.

Abrasive Media and Applications

Clemco approves the BNP-65 for all common suitable abrasive media. Combined with pressure blasting, this provides a broad range of applications from heavy-duty cleaning and rust removal to defined surface preparation.

ApplicationNote
Rust removal / cleaningHigh pressure blasting performance for firmly adhering contamination
Surface rougheningTargeted preparation before coating or bonding
DeburringAdjust the parameters to the workpiece and burr thickness
FinishingPossible with a suitable abrasive and reduced pressure

Installation, Operation and Maintenance

The BNP-65 must be installed on a level, load-bearing surface. Although the cabinet itself is compact, Clemco specifies approximately 13 m² for the complete system because the blast pot, cyclone, filter, working area and maintenance access must be taken into account.

Before operation, inspect the blast pot, metering valve, hoses, nozzle, couplings, gloves, viewing window and safety devices. Maintenance on the pressure system may only be carried out when depressurized and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

The nozzle, nozzle holder, blast hose, metering valve, cyclone and MBX filter are key maintenance points. Nozzle wear in particular increases air consumption and changes blasting performance.
