Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

IBIX 40 Microblasting System – high-performance low-pressure blasting machine for large surfaces, optionally with a 70 cm lance

The IBIX 40 microblasting system is a high-performance professional dry blasting machine designed for large-area cleaning, rust removal, paint stripping, and surface preparation. With a 40-liter vessel capacity, a 10 m blast hose, and high available blasting output, the system is designed for users who require longer operating intervals and significantly higher surface coverage than with the smaller IBIX machines.

We offer the IBIX 40 in two versions: as a microblasting system and as a microblasting system with a 70 cm lance. The lance version makes it easier to work at a greater distance, on floor surfaces, in recesses, or in hard-to-reach areas without changing the basic functions of the blasting system.

IBIX 40 at a Glance

✅ 40-liter vessel capacity for long operating intervals

✅ Blasting pressure approx. 0.2–7.5 bar

✅ Approx. 10 m hose assembly

✅ High surface coverage for professional applications

✅ Micrometric abrasive metering

✅ Optional 70 cm blasting lance

High Blasting Performance with Precise Control

Despite its power reserves, the IBIX 40 remains a low-pressure microblasting system. The working pressure can be adjusted from approximately 0.2 to 7.5 bar. Depending on the nozzle, abrasive media, and working distance, the surface effect can therefore be adjusted from controlled treatment to significantly more abrasive blasting.

IBIX specifies a 10-mm cylindrical nozzle for the standard version. A wide selection of additional nozzles is also available within the IBIX system, including cylindrical, Venturi, XXL, and special nozzles. The available compressed air flow must always match the selected nozzle.

Technical Specifications
Working pressure approx. 0.2–7.5 bar
Vessel capacity 40 liters
Minimum air requirement approx. 5,000 l/min with the manufacturer’s standard configuration
Hose length approx. 10 m
Manufacturer standard nozzle approx. 10 mm cylindrical
Optional lance 70 cm with variant G050014

Abrasive Media and Nozzle Selection

Depending on the surface-treatment task, various mineral, plant-based, or fine abrasive media can be used. This larger system also permits coarser or higher-output configurations than the smaller IBIX machines. For sensitive surfaces, however, pressure, nozzle, and abrasive media should always be adjusted gradually on a test area.

Scope of Delivery – German Complete-Set Version

The IBIX Germany price list lists the standard variant G055014-N with a mounting bracket and gloves. Variant G050014 is likewise listed with a mounting bracket and gloves and additionally includes the 70 cm lance. We offer both variants as complete, ready-to-use microblasting systems.

Sizing the Compressor Correctly

The IBIX 40 requires significantly more compressed air than the smaller 3-, 9-, and 25-liter systems. IBIX specifies a minimum air requirement of approximately 5,000 l/min with the standard configuration. Nozzle, working pressure, and required continuous output must all be taken into account when sizing the compressor.

FAQ about the IBIX 40

What are the benefits of the 70 cm lance?
It increases reach and allows more ergonomic work on floor surfaces, in recesses, or in hard-to-reach areas.

Is the lance included with both variants?
No. It is included only with the “microblasting system & 70 cm lance” variant with SKU G050014.

What is the air requirement?
IBIX specifies a minimum air requirement of approximately 5,000 l/min for the standard configuration. Different nozzles can change the actual requirement.
