Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco BNP-721 – large-format industrial pressure blast cabinet with a 100-liter blast pot and selectable MBX filter

The Clemco BNP-721 pressure blast cabinet is the largest standard version in the modular BNP series. The blasting chamber measures 1,820 × 1,750 × 1,830 mm and the clear door opening 1,730 × 1,590 mm, allowing very large, tall and bulky workpieces to be processed without installing a fully walk-in blast room.

The system operates with a 100-liter blast pot and a 6-mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle. Pressure blasting provides high abrasive velocity and therefore powerful cleaning and material removal performance. A 900 CFM cyclone with a capacity of approximately 25.4 m³/min handles abrasive recovery and cleaning.

Two filter versions are available for dust collection: MBX-1500 or MBX-2000. This allows the filtration setup to be matched to the application, dust load and system layout. The cabinet, cyclone and filter are separate components and can be arranged flexibly within the available space.

Your Benefits at a Glance

✅ Largest standard blasting chamber in the BNP series: 1,820 × 1,750 × 1,830 mm

✅ Very large clear door opening: 1,730 × 1,590 mm

✅ 100-liter blast pot

✅ 6 mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle

✅ 900 CFM cyclone / approx. 25.4 m³/min

✅ Choice of MBX-1500 or MBX-2000 filter

✅ High pressure blasting performance for large workpieces

✅ Modular system arrangement and numerous expansion options

✅ Designed for continuous industrial applications

💡 Note: The BNP-721 is a large industrial system. Clemco specifies approximately 29 m² of space and a cabinet weight of 1,080 kg plus the cyclone and filter. Floor load, workpiece handling, door clearance and maintenance access must therefore be planned accordingly.

Pressure Blasting System and Operation

The 100-liter blast pot pressurizes the abrasive and feeds it to the 6-mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle. The high particle velocity enables intensive cleaning and surface preparation even on large-format components. The large blasting chamber provides the necessary freedom of movement for the nozzle and workpiece.

With a system of this size, workpiece handling is an important part of the overall concept. Optional accessories such as loading carts or turntables can significantly simplify loading, unloading and processing heavy workpieces. The specific setup should be selected according to workpiece weight and geometry.

Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit

The 900 CFM cyclone cleans the recovered abrasive and separates usable abrasive from dust and fine particles. The reconditioned abrasive is returned to the blast pot. Especially at high consumption rates and during long operating periods, this closed circuit is an important factor in economical operation.

The BNP-721 is offered with either the MBX-1500 or MBX-2000. The MBX-2000 is the alternative larger filter version; no specific numerical increase in performance is stated unless it is reliably documented for this configuration.

Compressed-Air Requirements

The 6-mm pressure blast nozzle requires a high, stable flow rate at operating pressure. For an industrial system such as the BNP-721, the compressor must supply not only the nozzle but also sufficient reserve capacity for pressure losses, filter cleaning and other auxiliary consumers.

Dry, clean and oil-free compressed air is essential. With large quantities of abrasive, moisture and oil can significantly impair metering, recovery and filtration.

💡 Note: The compressor is not included. For the BNP-721, we recommend a technical check of the available compressed-air supply and, where necessary, the compressed-air treatment before ordering.

Abrasive Media and Applications

Clemco approves the BNP-721 for all common suitable abrasive media. Combined with pressure blasting, the system is suitable for intensive surface treatment of large workpieces – from heavy-duty cleaning and rust removal to defined surface roughening before coating.

ApplicationPractical benefit
Cleaning large componentsVery large working area plus high pressure blasting performance
Rust removal / paint strippingIntensive material removal on large surfaces
Surface rougheningSurface preparation before coating
Deburring / finishingAlso possible with adjusted parameters

Installation, Operation and Maintenance

Clemco specifies approximately 29 m² for the cabinet, working area and system components. For workpieces close to the maximum cabinet size, loading, lifting equipment, loading carts and clear door space must also be taken into account. The floor must safely support the system and planned workpiece loads.

Before operation, inspect the blast pot, metering valve, blast hose, couplings, nozzle, gloves, viewing window and door safety switches. Work on the pressure system may only be carried out when fully depressurized and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

During continuous operation, the nozzle, blast hose, metering valve, cyclone and filter are particularly important maintenance points. A worn nozzle increases air consumption; a loaded filter reduces extraction and visibility. Regular inspection therefore protects both productivity and operational safety.
