Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Contracor SuperBent 1000 – 45° angle blast nozzle made of boron carbide

The Contracor SuperBent 1000 is a 45° angle blast nozzle designed for professional blast cleaning of surfaces and contours that are difficult to reach with a straight nozzle. The laterally deflected jet facilitates cleaning behind edges, on interior surfaces, and in components with complex contours.

The boron carbide nozzle insert is designed for very high wear resistance. A polyurethane jacket protects the nozzle. With a 50 mm coarse thread, a length of 125 mm, and bore sizes ranging from 6.5 to 12.5 mm, a wide performance range is available.

Benefits

✅ 45° jet angle for hard-to-reach areas
✅ Boron carbide nozzle insert with very high wear resistance
✅ Polyurethane jacket
✅ 50 mm coarse thread
✅ Uniform length: 125 mm
✅ Five drill holes ranging from 6.5 to 12.5 mm

Calculate compressed air requirements, abrasive consumption, and compressor power

The SuperBent 1000 has a single 45° jet outlet; the available bore sizes can therefore be used to determine the standard nozzle values on the calculator.

Select the nozzle bore, operating pressure, and power reserve.

💡 Power reserve: accounts for nozzle wear and pressure losses.

Result:

Technical guidelines: The effective flow rate at operating pressure is the determining factor for compressor selection.

How It Works and Selecting the Nozzle Size

✔ 45° deflection for interior surfaces, edges, and hard-to-reach areas
✔ Larger bore sizes increase air consumption and blasting capacity
✔ Boron carbide for high wear resistance
✔ Nozzle alignment determines the actual surface area being treated

Recommended Abrasive Media

✔ Corundum
✔ Garnet
✔ Slag
✔ Glass beads
✔ Additional dry abrasive media of suitable grit size

Applications

✔ Internal surfaces and undercuts
✔ Behind edges and reinforcements
✔ Tank, steel, and plant construction
✔ Repair and industrial maintenance

Wear, Inspection, and Operation

Protect the boron carbide from impacts. Regularly check the elbow and nozzle bore for wear. As the bore size increases, so does the air requirement.

FAQ

How much is the jet deflected?
45°.

Which connection?
50 mm coarse thread.

Which holes?
6.5 to 12.5 mm.

When do I need an angle blast nozzle?
When surfaces are geometrically difficult to reach with a straight nozzle.

Conclusion

The Contracor SuperBent 1000 is a highly wear-resistant 45° boron carbide angle blast nozzle designed for professional blasting work in hard-to-reach areas.
