Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Contracor CAB-PD – professional pressure blast cabinet with side pass-through doors, cyclone recovery and automatic filter cleaning
The CAB-PD combines the high-performance pressure blasting system of the CAB-P with side pass-through doors and black rubber wall lining. Longer workpieces can therefore be processed in sections, while the interior is better protected against wear from abrasive media.
The CAB-110PD uses a 25-litre blast pot with an R-350 cyclone; the CAB-135PD uses a 50-litre blast pot with an R-400 cyclone. The integrated cartridge dust collector is cleaned automatically by pulse-jet compressed-air pulses.

CAB-110PD / R-350: maximum nozzle bore 6.5 mm; standard nozzle STC-6.5. CAB-135PD / R-400: maximum nozzle bore 8.0 mm; standard nozzle STC-6.5.
Optional 5.0 and 8.0 mm blast nozzles are available. Compressed-air demand depends on nozzle bore and working pressure.
Ø 5.0 mm: 0.7 / 0.8 / 0.9 / 1.0 m³/min at 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 bar. Ø 6.5 mm: 1.3 / 1.5 / 1.7 / 1.9 m³/min. Ø 8.0 mm: 2.0 / 2.5 / 2.0 / 3.3 m³/min.
Values apply to new blast nozzles and blasting operation only. Additional compressed-air reserve must be allowed for filter cleaning and the blow-off nozzle.
Abrasive Media
Suitable reusable dry abrasive media include aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, garnet, glass beads, steel shot or steel grit, and plastic abrasive media. Quartz sand must not be used because of the serious health hazard; slag is not recommended because it breaks down quickly.
Installation, Operation and Maintenance
Install the cabinet on a level, load-bearing surface and ground it securely. Keep doors, blast pot, cyclone, dust collector and maintenance areas accessible. Allow additional space for the side pass-through doors and secure support of long workpieces.
Regularly inspect the filter cartridge, pulse-jet components, dust container, cyclone, blast pot, SGV abrasive metering valve, blast nozzle, nozzle holder, blast hose, gloves, viewing window, door seals, safety switches, rubber curtains and pass-through doors.
