D Series with 1:1 direct drive on a base frame

Rotary screw compressors with 1:1 direct drive mounted on a base frame constitute the fixed-speed variant within the direct-drive product group. The current D-Series lineup covers ten power ratings ranging from 11 to 90 kW.

From 1.3 to 15.4 m³/min

At 11 kW, the flow rates are 1.3 and 1.5 m³/min, respectively. The series ranges from 15, 18.5, 22, 30, 37, 45, 55, and 75 kW up to the 90-kW model with 13.4 or 15.4 m³/min. The models are designed for 8 or 10 bar.

Fixed-term for predictable demand

The D Series does not feature variable speed control. It is therefore particularly well-suited for applications where compressed air demand remains relatively constant and predictable over the operating period. For applications with highly variable load profiles, the DV Series is available as a separate category within the direct-drive product family.

Base frame without integrated storage

The models listed here are offered on a base frame. Air receivers, refrigerated air dryers, and filter stages must therefore be planned separately. This is advantageous if suitable peripheral equipment is already available or if the compressed-air treatment needs to be specifically adapted to the process.

1:1 direct drive
