Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Comprag DFS – Cyclone Condensate Separator for Effective Compressed Air Purification

The Comprag DFS Series cyclone separators are high-quality components designed to separate liquid condensate directly from the compressed-air line. Thanks to their innovative centrifugal design, they achieve a separation efficiency of over 99%—even at variable flow rates ranging from 20% to 120% of the rated capacity. Thanks to their robust construction, maintenance-free operation, and low pressure drop, the DFS models are perfectly suited for industrial compressed air systems of any size.

📐 Adjustment of the flow rate

Here we offer you a handy calculator for adjusting the flow rate of the DFS cyclone condensate separators to different operating pressures.

The flow rates specified in the technical data refer to an operating pressure of 7 bar. To determine the actual flow rate at different pressures, multiply the nominal flow rate (at 7 bar) by the corresponding correction factor.

Formula: Qactual = Q7 bar × Fp

Please take this adjustment into account when selecting a model.

❓ FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions About the DFS Series
  • 1. What is the difference between this and a regular filter?
Cyclone separators remove only liquid condensate—not dust or oil particles. A compressed-air filter is required for complete treatment.
  • 2. How does the condensate drain work?
Via an integrated, mechanical float drain valve—maintenance-free and without a power connection.
  • 3. Can I combine the DFS with a refrigerated air dryer?
Yes—ideal as a pre-stage before dryers to reduce the load and increase efficiency.
  • 4. What does “twin configuration” mean?
Models such as the DFS-230 and DFS-360 consist of two separators with larger housings for higher flow rates.
  • 5. Are there any accessories available for installation?
Yes—wall-mounting kits, adapters, and in-line installation kits are available.
