Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.
Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.
In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Calculate compressed air requirements, abrasive consumption, and compressor power ratings
If there are multiple outlets, the total demand for all outlets is calculated. For the 4.8-mm CAM, we use the published 5-mm reference in the calculator as a slightly conservative estimate. 💡 Power reserve: Clemco recommends allowing for additional capacity in the air system design to account for nozzle wear and friction losses.
How It Works and Selecting the Nozzle Size
✔ 45° nozzles direct the jet to the side
✔ Multiple outlets allow for simultaneous processing in multiple directions
✔ Air demand increases proportionally with the number of open outlets at any given time
Recommended Abrasive Media
✔ Corundum
✔ Garnet
✔ Slag
✔ Glass beads
✔ Additional dry abrasive media of suitable grit size
Applications
✔ Interior surfaces of pipes and profiles
✔ Hard-to-reach surfaces
✔ Structural angles and cavities
✔ Specialized Cleaning and Maintenance
Wear, Inspection, and Operation
Check all outlet bores for uniform wear. Clemco notes that a worn nozzle should be replaced if the bore has expanded significantly beyond the nominal size.
FAQ
How many exits are there?
Depending on the variant: 1, 2, or 3.
Why does the multi-nozzle require more air?
Because all outlets are supplied simultaneously with compressed air and abrasive media.
Conclusion
The Clemco CAM is a robust multi-angle blast nozzle designed for hard-to-reach geometries; the special calculator takes the number of outlets into account.
