Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

ACF T.A.G. + / T.A.G. + HP – professional all-in-one anti-graffiti systems for mobile aerogommage and hydrogommage

The ACF T.A.G. + and the expanded T.A.G. + HP are fully equipped, mobile all-in-one systems for the professional removal of graffiti, paint layers, and stubborn contaminants. The systems were developed for municipalities, building cleaning companies, restoration firms, construction companies, and specialized cleaning service providers who regularly work at different locations and require a largely self-sufficient solution.

All essential components are combined on a compact transport platform: an ACF SL 28 Hydro low-pressure blasting system with a 24-liter abrasive hopper, a high-performance petrol-powered compressor with a flow rate of 1,900 l/min, an integrated compressed-air cooling system, a 200-liter water tank, 10 meters of blasting and supply hoses, and a 5 mm hydrogommage nozzle. The T.A.G. + HP model also includes a mobile high-pressure washer that can be used independently of the blasting system.

This combination allows the system to be quickly transported on a trailer or in a suitable commercial vehicle. At the job site, the individual components can be removed from the platform as needed and moved closer to the surface to be treated. This makes the system particularly well-suited for work in public spaces, on facades, monuments, walls, bridges, underpasses, train stations, schools, and other structures affected by graffiti.

How the ACF T.A.G. + Works

In aerogommage, fine abrasive media are propelled by compressed air and directed in a controlled manner onto the surface to be cleaned. Compared with conventional high-pressure abrasive blasting, the system operates at a significantly lower, finely adjustable pressure. This allows the cleaning effect to be precisely tailored to the substrate and the existing coating.

For hydrogommage, a fine water mist is additionally mixed at the nozzle. This binds a large portion of the resulting dust directly within the blast area. At the same time, it reduces the rebound of the abrasive media. The process is therefore particularly suitable for work in urban areas, on buildings, on historic surfaces, and wherever dust generation needs to be kept to a minimum.

📌 Important:
The addition of water does not replace the proper containment of the work area. Wastewater, dissolved coatings, and used abrasive media must be collected and disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Integrated SL 28 Hydrogommage System

The heart of the system is the ACF SL 28. The unit features a 24-liter abrasive media hopper and a precisely adjustable abrasive media feed. The pneumatic remote control allows the operator to start and stop the machine directly from the control station. This prevents unnecessary abrasive media consumption when the operator pauses work or changes positions.

The container is designed for fine, dry, and free-flowing abrasive media. The conical container bottom promotes an even flow of material. Dry abrasive media, properly treated compressed air, and a nozzle size appropriate for the compressor output are crucial for trouble-free operation.

Integrated Compressor with 1,900 l/min

The petrol-powered compressor supplies the amount of compressed air required for the 5 mm nozzle. Because it is self-powered, the system does not require a three-phase power supply and can also be used at remote locations.

The actual blasting performance does not depend solely on the maximum pressure. Key factors include the compressor’s effective flow rate, the condition of the nozzle, hose length, abrasive grit size, and the selected setting. A worn nozzle has a larger inner diameter and can consume significantly more compressed air. Therefore, the nozzle should be measured regularly and replaced if it shows excessive wear.

Compressed-Air Cooler for Reliable Abrasive Flow

Compressed air heats up during compression and contains moisture. If it cools down in the hose and blasting unit, condensation can form. Moist abrasive media tend to clump and can block valves, metering systems, and nozzles.

The integrated air cooler is designed for up to 2,000 l/min and reduces the temperature of the compressed air. This allows a large portion of the moisture to be separated before it enters the blasting machine. To ensure reliable operation, condensate separators must be checked and drained regularly.

200-Liter Water Tank for Self-Sufficient Operations

The integrated water tank supplies the hydrogommage nozzle without requiring a fixed water connection. With a capacity of 200 liters, there is enough water available for many typical anti-graffiti applications. The actual range depends on the nozzle position, water supply, operating time, and, if applicable, the use of the high-pressure washer.

Clean water should be used for operation. Contaminants can damage pipes, valves, and nozzles. During extended periods of inactivity or if there is a risk of freezing, the tank, pump, and pipes must be completely drained.

T.A.G. + or T.A.G. + HP?

The T.A.G. + is the ideal solution when graffiti is to be removed primarily by aerogommage or hydrogommage. The system already includes a blasting unit, compressor, compressed-air treatment, and water supply.

The T.A.G. + HP expands this system with a mobile high-pressure washer capable of up to 165 bar and 11 l/min. It can be used independently and is suitable for rinsing off loosened residues, for pre-cleaning, for post-cleaning, and for cleaning with pure water.

✔ T.A.G. +: Focus on aerogommage and hydrogommage
✔ T.A.G. + HP: additionally, professional high-pressure cleaning
✔ Both versions: fully mobile and designed for regular use

Suitable Substrates

✔ Natural stone and artificial stone
✔ Brick and clinker facades
✔ Concrete and mineral-based plaster
✔ Metal, steel, and cast iron
✔ Wood, doors, gates, and facade elements
✔ Monuments, sculptures, and fountains
✔ Walls, underpasses, and noise barriers
✔ Street furniture and technical equipment

Suitability must always be tested on a test area. Soft natural stone, weathered brick, old plaster, thin sheet metal, coated glass, and delicate wood surfaces can be damaged if the settings are incorrect.

Suitable Abrasive Media

Fine, mineral-based abrasive media are typically used for graffiti removal. Hardness, particle size, particle shape, and purity are critical factors.

✔ Fine aluminum silicate for many standard applications
✔ Fine garnet for controlled cleaning and paint removal
✔ Special soft media for particularly sensitive surfaces
✔ Use only dry, free-flowing abrasive media that are approved for use with the equipment

Material that is too coarse or damp can impair the flow of the blasting media. Very hard media increase wear on the nozzle, hose, and valves.

Finding the Right Settings

The optimal working pressure depends on the surface, the type of graffiti, the penetration depth, and the desired result. You should always start at a low pressure. Only if the cleaning effect is insufficient should the pressure be increased gradually.

✔ Apply a test patch to an inconspicuous area
✔ Set the blasting pressure to a low level initially
✔ Use abrasive sparingly
✔ Guide the nozzle at a consistent distance
✔ Do not work in one spot for extended periods
✔ Adjust the water supply so that dust is bound without unnecessarily soaking the surface

Typical Applications

✔ Graffiti removal from public buildings
✔ Schools, train stations, and transit stops
✔ Underpasses, bridges, and retaining walls
✔ Historic preservation and restoration
✔ Facade cleaning
✔ Cleaning of street furniture
✔ Removal of old coatings and paint residue
✔ Municipal maintenance depots
✔ Building cleaning and renovation companies
✔ Mobile service providers for surface cleaning

Operating Requirements

A sufficiently large, load-bearing transport surface is required for safe operation. The operating weight of approximately 545 kg, as well as water, abrasive media, accessories, and any additional equipment, must be taken into account when determining the payload and securing the load.

At the worksite, plans must be made for the work area, protection of bystanders and traffic, noise protection, and the collection of wastewater and residues. The petrol engine must not be operated in enclosed or inadequately ventilated areas. Exhaust fumes can reach life-threatening concentrations.

Occupational Safety

Even with low-dust hydrogommage, the process is not entirely emission-free. Dissolved paint, abrasive media, fine dust, and water mist may contain substances that are hazardous to health.

✔ Appropriate blast helmet or face and respiratory protection
✔ Hearing protection
✔ Blasting suit and appropriate gloves
✔ Safety shoes
✔ Securing the work area
✔ Testing old coatings for hazardous substances
✔ Proper disposal of residues and wastewater

Maintenance and Care

✔ Drain the condensate separator regularly
✔ Keep the abrasive container dry
✔ Check the nozzle for wear and enlargement
✔ Check the blast hose for wear, kinks, and damage
✔ Clean water lines and filters
✔ Rinse the water tank regularly
✔ Perform motor and compressor maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications
✔ Inspect the high-pressure hose and lance of the HP model
✔ Completely drain the system if there is a risk of freezing

Why the ACF T.A.G. +?

The T.A.G. + combines the components that would otherwise have to be assembled and transported separately for mobile graffiti removal. The coordinated combination of the SL 28, a compressor with a flow rate of 1,900 l/min, air cooling, a 200-liter water tank, and a hydrogommage nozzle simplifies operational planning and reduces setup time.

The HP version expands the system to include a second cleaning technology. This allows the operator to choose between low-pressure blasting, hydrogommage, and high-pressure cleaning, depending on the type of contamination. This makes the system particularly appealing to professional users with varying tasks.
