The Radler & Ruf blast pot, with a 140-liter vessel capacity, is designed for long blasting intervals and intensive commercial and industrial applications. The fully equipped base unit features a Comet remote control with a dead-man’s switch, a water separator, and an abrasive metering valve. Depending on the model, a 15-meter blast hose package and a long Venturi carbide nozzle ranging from 6.5 to 12.5 mm are included.

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The 45° angled hopper bottom ensures an even flow of blasting media. The abrasive metering valve with a hand lever enables precise metering, while the wide wheelbase and large wheels ensure high stability and good mobility.
Our base unit comes fully equipped. Only the blast hose package and the blast nozzle vary depending on the selected model.

Compressor and Nozzle Selection
As the nozzle bore diameter increases, the surface coverage rate and compressed air demand rise significantly. The nozzle must therefore be compatible with the compressor’s continuous free air delivery at operating pressure.
