Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco Wetblast Flex – high-performance wet blasting complete system with a 140-liter blast pot

The Clemco Wetblast Flex is a professional wet blasting system designed for large-scale cleaning, derusting, and coating removal. Water and abrasive media are mixed in a controlled manner, causing a large portion of the dust generated during dry blasting to be bound directly to the abrasive media stream. The system is particularly well-suited for construction sites, renovation projects, steel and plant construction, as well as locations with heightened requirements for dust reduction.

The system combines a 140-liter blast pot with a separate 500-liter water tank, the W-92 pneumatic wet blasting pump, and a coordinated abrasive media and water control system. The standard 9.5-mm tungsten carbide nozzle enables high surface coverage rates; the compressor, supply lines, and air treatment system must be designed to handle the required flow rate.

Your Benefits
✅ Complete wet blasting system with blast pot, water tank, and pump
✅ Significantly reduced dust generation through the addition of water
✅ 140-liter abrasive container for extended operating intervals
✅ 500-liter water tank for mobile applications
✅ W-92 pneumatic pump without an electric drive
✅ PT abrasive metering valve and Quick-Shut-Off Valve
✅ 9.5-mm tungsten carbide nozzle and 10-meter blast hose

System Configuration and Scope of Delivery

✔ Blast pot with a 140-liter capacity and tank lid

✔ Water tank with a 500-liter capacity

✔ W-92 Pneumatic Wet Blasting Pump with Filter and Pressure Control

✔ Abrasive quick shut-off valve with dual function

✔ HMS water separator

✔ PT Abrasive Metering Valve

✔ 9.5-mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle

✔ 10 m blast hose

How It Works and Settings

The abrasive media is metered into the blast pot and transported to the nozzle by compressed air. The W-92 pumps water from the tank and supplies it to the water inlet on the blast head. To achieve a clean blast pattern, the abrasive metering, air pressure, and water volume are adjusted together. The goal is to ensure sufficient dust suppression without unnecessarily soaking the workpiece.

The optimal water flow rate depends on the surface, abrasive media, coating, working distance, and desired result. Before beginning, it is recommended to test a small area first, especially when working with concrete, natural stone, sensitive coatings, or thin-walled components.

Compressed Air Supply and Sizing
Nozzle Configuration operating pressure Air consumption Note
9.5 mm 6 bar approx. 5.0 m³/min Also take compressor reserve into account
Worn nozzle same set pressure ascending Measure the nozzle bore regularly

Long hoses, tight couplings, dirty filters, and a worn nozzle increase the required compressor flow rate. The actual operating pressure should be checked as close to the nozzle as possible under full blasting load.

Typical Applications

✔ Low-dust rust removal and paint stripping

✔ Restoration of steel, concrete, stone, and facade surfaces following a suitability test

✔ Surface preparation prior to corrosion protection and coating

✔ Cleaning of equipment, containers, vehicles, and structures

Safety, Maintenance, and Antifreeze

Before performing maintenance, completely depressurize the system, shut off the water supply, and safely drain the abrasive media. Regularly check water lines, the pump, filters, valves, hoses, couplings, and the nozzle for leaks, deposits, and unobstructed flow. Check the nozzle bore with a nozzle gauge.

After use, flush the water lines with clean water, drain them completely, and allow them to dry. If there is a risk of freezing, no water may remain in the pump, lines, fittings, or nozzle. Wastewater and dissolved coating residues must be collected in accordance with company and legal requirements.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Wetblast Flex a complete system?
Yes. It combines a blast pot, a water tank, a W-92 pump, dosing and shut-off technology, a nozzle, and a blast hose.

By how much is dust generation reduced?
Adding water binds a large portion of the dust. Depending on the application and surface, completely dust-free operation may require additional measures.

What compressor power ratings are required?
With the standard 9.5-mm nozzle, approximately 5.0 m³/min is required at 6 bar. The compressor should be sized larger to account for line losses and reserve capacity.

Can any abrasive media be used?
Only abrasive media with the appropriate grit size that are suitable for the system, metering valve, nozzle, and surface may be used.
