Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

IBIX 25 Microblasting System – professional 25-liter low-pressure blasting machine available as Basic or microblasting system

The IBIX 25 microblasting system is a professional dry blasting machine designed for demanding cleaning, rust removal, paint stripping, and surface preparation work. With a 25-liter vessel capacity, a 10 m hose, and finely adjustable blasting pressure, it offers significantly more abrasive reserve and surface coverage than the smaller IBIX 3 and IBIX 9 systems, while remaining mobile and designed for one-person operation.

We offer the IBIX 25 in two versions: Basic and microblasting system. The manufacturer positions the Basic version particularly for applications requiring higher material removal rates, such as rust removal, paint stripping, and vehicle or metal work. The standard microblasting system is designed for maximum versatility and precise adaptation to different surfaces.

Precise Adjustment of Pressure, Nozzle, and Abrasive Media

The performance of the IBIX 25 can be finely tuned to suit the specific task. In addition to working pressure, the result is primarily determined by abrasive flow, nozzle geometry, nozzle bore diameter, grit size, abrasive hardness, and working distance. This allows the machine to be used both in a controlled manner on more sensitive materials and with significantly higher abrasive impact.

IBIX Germany specifies a 5.5-mm cylindrical nozzle for the standard version and lists a 6.0-mm Venturi nozzle as an accessory. According to the price list, the German complete-set variants we offer are each supplied with the 6.0-mm Venturi nozzle.

IBIX 25 Standard or H2O / Phönix / Helios?

The Basic and microblasting-system versions are classic dry blasting machines. If you also want to use water for dust suppression, choose the IBIX 25 H2O. The IBIX 25 Phönix is available with H2O, Helix, or both technologies. The IBIX 25 Helios also places particular emphasis on ergonomics, jobsite transport, and ease of operation.

Compressor and Air Requirements

IBIX specifies a minimum air requirement of approximately 1,500 l/min for the standard machine. Actual consumption depends on nozzle size and operating pressure. Particularly at higher pressures or with larger nozzles, the compressor should be sized with sufficient reserve capacity.

FAQ about the IBIX 25

What distinguishes the Basic from the microblasting system?
Both are based on the 25-liter platform. IBIX positions the Basic more strongly for rust removal and paint stripping, while the standard microblasting system is designed for the broadest possible range of professional applications.

Which nozzle is included with our product?
According to the German IBIX price list, both variants are offered with a 6.0-mm Venturi nozzle.

Can the machine also be used very gently?
Yes. With low pressure, suitable abrasive media, and the appropriate nozzle, the blasting effect can be finely adjusted.
