Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Contracor TTM Mobile Turntable – with rail system and base frame for CAB blasting cabinets

The Contracor TTM is a mobile, ball-bearing-mounted turntable with a rail system and base frame for CAB series blast cabinets. It allows heavy and bulky workpieces to be safely loaded outside the blasting chamber and then rolled into the cabinet on rails.

The base frame is folded down during loading. It is then folded back up to close the cabin door. This keeps the turntable positioned inside the cabin, while the external rail system facilitates convenient workpiece transport. The maximum load capacity is 350 kg.

The combination of a movable turntable and a rotating workpiece holder makes hard-to-reach areas more accessible. This reduces manual lifting, shortens setup times, and can significantly increase productivity when working with heavy or bulky components.

Loading and Closing the Cabin

To load the workpiece, the base frame is folded down. This allows the workpiece to be positioned on the turntable outside the chamber. The turntable is then moved into the blasting chamber on the rail system. Before closing the chamber door, the base frame is folded back up.

How It Works

After loading, the workpiece remains on the ball-bearing-mounted turntable. During blasting, it can be rotated in a controlled manner so that different sides and hard-to-reach areas are exposed to the blast one after another. The workpiece does not need to be lifted again or removed from the booth for this purpose.

Typical Applications
✔ Heavy or bulky components
✔ Workpieces up to 350 kg
✔ All-around blasting of complex geometries
✔ Rust removal and paint stripping
✔ Surface preparation prior to coating
✔ Production runs with recurring workpieces
✔ Combination with a fixed-position blast gun

Assembly and Installation

The rail system and the base frame must be precisely aligned with the chamber and mounted on a load-bearing, level surface. The turntable must be able to move in and out of the blasting chamber without tilting.

✔ Install the rails so they are aligned with the cabin opening
✔ Check the substrate for load-bearing capacity and levelness
✔ Check the booth door and hinge mechanism for unobstructed movement
✔ Position the workpiece centrally and securely
✔ Do not exceed the maximum load of 350 kg
✔ Keep rails clear of abrasive media before the process begins

Maintenance and Safety
✔ Clean rails, rollers, and bearings regularly
✔ Check that the folding mechanism operates smoothly
✔ Check fasteners and stops
✔ Do not operate the turntable with an off-center overload
✔ Secure the workpiece to prevent slipping or tipping
✔ Move and maintain the turntable only when the blasting system is turned off
✔ Do not place any body parts near rollers, rails, or the hinged mechanism
