Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Compressor speed is continuously adapted to actual compressed-air demand, supporting stable system pressure, reduced unnecessary idle operation and lower starting current. The FV Series is designed for industrial compressed-air systems with fluctuating demand. The variable frequency drive adjusts motor speed as required, while the v-Log controller provides operating data and supports MODBUS group control.
