Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The Clemco SSAS-1 is an abrasive quick shut-off valve for professional pressure blasting systems. It interrupts the flow of abrasive almost immediately when the RLX-E electric hand lever is released, thereby reducing the otherwise common carryover of abrasive in the blast hose.
The system improves control during frequent start-up and shutdown operations, reduces unnecessary abrasive consumption, and can prevent damage to workpieces caused by uncontrolled post-blasting. Integration must be carried out in accordance with the existing configuration of the system and remote control.

Installation and Safety
Before installation, the tank, metering valve, remote control, hose system, and electrical interface must be checked for compatibility. Electrical connections may only be made by qualified personnel. After installation, first test the start, stop, and abrasive media shut-off functions, as well as complete system venting, without abrasive media.
Maintenance
Regularly inspect hand levers, cables, plugs, valves, hoses, and abrasive media delivery lines. A delayed shutdown can be caused by wear, clogging, unsuitable abrasive media, or faulty signals. Never open the system while it is under pressure.
