Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Clemco Silencers for Remote-Control Valves – Reduced Blow-Off Noise During Venting
Clemco silencers reduce the noise of compressed air escaping when the system is shut down. They are selected to match the respective remote-control valve. The air path must remain sufficiently clear at all times so that the blast pot can be vented quickly and completely.

Important Function
The silencer must not restrict the vent flow to an impermissible degree. Abrasive dust, oil, moisture, and corrosion can clog the passage over time.
Inspection and Maintenance
✔ Check regularly for unobstructed flow
✔ Check for external damage and corrosion
✔ If venting takes significantly longer, remove and inspect the silencer
✔ Do not drill or modify it
✔ Replace defective or clogged silencers
💡 Practical tip: If the venting time becomes significantly longer, check the silencer, outlet valve, and pilot line together.
Safety
Perform work only on systems that are completely depressurized. Never direct the blow-off opening toward people, and always use appropriate hearing protection.
FAQ
Is every silencer compatible with every valve?
No. The RMM-150 and RMS-110 are each assigned to specific valve systems.
Can a clogged silencer still be used?
Only if unobstructed flow is properly ensured. If in doubt, replace it.
