Wetblast Flex Kompakt wet blasting system (100 liters), Complete Set

The Clemco Wetblast Flex Compact is a space-saving, all-in-one wet blasting system featuring a 100-liter blast pot and a W-92 pneumatic pump. The metered water supply reduces dry dust dispersion during professional cleaning, derusting, and coating removal operations. The PT metering valve, quick-shut-off valve, water separator, 9.5-mm tungsten carbide nozzle, and 10-meter blast hose are all designed to work together. At 6 bar, the compressed air requirement is approximately 5.0 m³/min plus a reserve.

Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco Wetblast Flex Kompakt – mobile wet blasting complete system with a 100-liter blast pot

The Clemco Wetblast Flex Compact combines professional wet blasting technology with a particularly space-saving, mobile design. Controlled water injection ensures that a large portion of the dust generated during blasting is bound directly to the blast stream or at the point of impact. The system is suitable for cleaning, derusting, stripping, and restoration work in workshops, industrial settings, and on construction sites.

The 100-liter blast pot, the pneumatic W-92 pump with a check valve, and the coordinated control system for air, water, and abrasive media are all mounted on a common frame. The standard tungsten carbide nozzle with a 9.5 mm diameter enables high surface coverage rates and requires a correspondingly sized compressed air supply.

Your Benefits
✅ Compact, mobile modular design
✅ 100-liter blast pot for professional work cycles
✅ W-92 pneumatic pump with check valve
✅ Significantly reduced dry dust dispersion
✅ PT Abrasive Metering Valve for Precise Material Feed
✅ Quick-shut-off with dual function
✅ Tungsten carbide nozzle with a diameter of 9.5 mm and a 10 m blast hose

System Components

✔ Blast pot with a 100-liter capacity

✔ W-92 Pneumatic Wet Blasting Pump with Check Valve

✔ Quick-shut-off with dual function

✔ HMS Water Separator

✔ PT Abrasive Metering Valve

✔ Tungsten carbide nozzle with a diameter of 9.5 mm

✔ 10 m blast hose

Operating Procedures and Process Control

Wet blasting technology combines the mechanical abrasion of the abrasive media with a controlled addition of water. The water volume is adjusted so that dust is bound without unnecessarily saturating the surface. Too much water increases the cleaning effort, the volume of wastewater, and, in some cases, the risk of corrosion; too little water reduces dust binding.

To ensure reproducible results, air pressure, abrasive flow rate, water pressure, working distance, and blasting angle should be documented. For sensitive surfaces, a test area should be created in advance.

Compressed Air Requirements and Sizing
Nozzle Status Print Air consumption Note
9.5 mm, new 6 bar approx. 5.0 m³/min Allow for a power reserve
worn out 6 bar setpoint ascending Check the bore with a nozzle gauge

The desired operating pressure must be maintained under full blasting load. Hoses that are too long or too small, tight couplings, dirty filters, and a worn nozzle cause pressure loss and increase compressor demand.

Applications

✔ Low-dust surface preparation

✔ Rust removal and removal of old coatings

✔ Work on construction sites, as well as renovation and maintenance work

✔ Cleaning of steel structures, machinery, and equipment

Care, Maintenance, and Safety

Before each use, check the hoses, couplings, pump, valves, check valve, metering valve, and nozzle. Drain condensate from the water separator and keep the compressed air supply dry. After operation, flush the water lines with clean water, drain them completely, and dry them.

Before performing maintenance, completely depressurize the system and secure it against accidental restarting. If there is a risk of freezing, the pump, hoses, and fittings must be completely free of water. Wastewater and dissolved coating residues must be collected and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between this and the larger Wetblast Flex?
The compact version features a 100-liter blast pot and a significantly more space-saving frame design.

Does the pump require a power connection?
No. The W-92 is pneumatically powered.

Can the water pressure be adjusted?
Yes, the system pressure range is 0–4 bar and is adjusted to suit the application.

How much compressed air is needed?
With a 9.5 mm diameter nozzle, approximately 5.0 m³/min is required at 6 bar; additional allowance must be made for reserve and line losses.
