It restores the filterās effectiveness against moisture, odors, and particles down to 0.5 Āµm. Replacement is required after three months or 400 operating hours at the latest; the cartridge does not remove carbon monoxide.

Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaserās balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The rpb Safety APF3100 is the original replacement filter cartridge for the RPB Radex breathing-air filter. It restores the systemās 6-stage filtration performance and removes moisture, odors, and particles down to 0.5 micrometers from the compressed air stream.
The cartridge is a safety-critical wear part. RPB requires replacement no later than three months or 400 operating hoursāwhichever comes first. Shorter replacement intervals may be necessary in cases of high humidity, heavy use, or contaminated intake air.

When does the cartridge need to be replaced?
The cartridge must be replaced after three months or 400 operating hours at the latest. The replacement interval applies regardless of whether the filter is used daily or only occasionally. If the compressed air is humid or heavily contaminated, the cartridge should be replaced sooner.
The filter cartridge does not remove carbon monoxide. The breathing air source must be suitable and, if necessary, monitored with a gas monitor.
