Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.
Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.
In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Contracor Performer 600 – long silicon carbide Venturi blast nozzle
The Contracor Performer 600 is a long Venturi blast nozzle for professional pressure blasting applications with high surface coverage rates. The long Venturi profile accelerates the air-abrasive mixture and produces a wide, even blast pattern. The silicon carbide nozzle insert combines high wear resistance with lower weight than tungsten carbide, making it particularly suitable for extended manual blasting work.
The nozzle features a robust polyurethane jacket, a 32 mm inlet, and a 50 mm coarse thread. Six nozzle bore sizes from 5 to 12.5 mm allow the nozzle to be matched to different compressor capacities and blasting tasks.
Benefits
✅ Long Venturi geometry for high abrasive velocity and a wide blast pattern
✅ Silicon carbide nozzle insert with high wear resistance
✅ Lighter than a comparable tungsten carbide version
✅ Polyurethane jacket to protect the nozzle insert
✅ 32 mm inlet and 50 mm coarse thread
✅ Six nozzle bore sizes from 5 to 12.5 mm
✅ Comfortable to handle during extended manual blasting work
✅ Clearly assigned manufacturer SKUs for reliable reordering

Calculate compressed-air requirements, abrasive consumption and compressor capacity
All available bore sizes are included in our blast nozzle calculator. Compressor selection should be based on effective free air delivery at working pressure. A reserve of 30 or 50% accounts for increased air demand due to nozzle wear and typical line and hose losses.
Select the nozzle bore, working pressure and desired capacity reserve. The calculator shows the compressed-air requirement, recommended compressor free air delivery, approximate abrasive consumption and an indicative compressor motor power.
💡 Capacity reserve: This accounts for nozzle wear and typical pressure losses; abrasive consumption remains unaffected.
Technical guide values. Abrasive consumption and kW figures are approximate; effective free air delivery at working pressure is decisive when selecting the compressor.
How It Works and Selecting the Nozzle Size
✔ Long Venturi design for productive surface work and high abrasive velocity
✔ Smaller bore sizes for lower compressed-air demand
✔ Larger bore sizes for higher surface coverage rates when paired with a suitably sized compressor
✔ The 32 mm inlet supports a smooth flow transition into the nozzle
Recommended Abrasive Media
✔ Corundum / aluminium oxide
✔ Garnet
✔ Slag and disposable mineral abrasive media
✔ Glass beads
✔ Other dry, free-flowing mineral abrasive media of suitable grit size
Silicon carbide is lighter than tungsten carbide but more brittle. For very rough handling or a high risk of impact, a tungsten carbide nozzle may be the more robust alternative.
Applications
✔ Rust removal and paint stripping
✔ Surface preparation before coating and corrosion protection
✔ Steel and plant engineering
✔ Industrial maintenance
✔ Extended manual blasting work where lower nozzle weight is advantageous
Wear, Inspection, and Operation
Check the nozzle regularly for wear, cracks, and chipping. Silicon carbide should be protected from hard impacts and drops. As the bore increases through wear, air consumption and compressor requirements also increase.
FAQ
What inlet does the nozzle have?
32 mm.
Which thread is used?
50 mm coarse thread.
Which bore sizes are available?
5, 6.5, 8, 9.5, 11, and 12.5 mm.
Why silicon carbide?
It offers high wear resistance at a lower weight than tungsten carbide.
Which nozzle size suits my compressor?
Effective free air delivery and the desired working pressure are decisive; larger bore sizes require significantly more air.
Conclusion
The Contracor Performer 600 is a lightweight, wear-resistant long-Venturi blast nozzle for professional pressure blasting applications. It combines a silicon carbide insert, polyurethane jacket, 32 mm inlet, and 50 mm coarse thread with six bore sizes from 5 to 12.5 mm.
