Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

The ACF BPSP 50 is a professional vacuum blasting system for paint removal, rust removal, cleaning, and engraving in sensitive areas. The blast head is placed directly on the surface. Abrasive media, dust, and loosened residues are extracted immediately at the point of impact and collected in a cyclone container.
With a 24-liter capacity and an adjustable operating pressure of approximately 1–7 bar, the BPSP 50 is suitable for metal, stone, marble, granite, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, bronze, weld seams, and many other surfaces. Especially in indoor areas, workshops, and production areas, the closed-system design significantly reduces cleaning effort and abrasive scatter.
With the appropriate surface geometry and suitable abrasive media, the material can be reused after deposition. If necessary, the device can also be used as an open-blast machine without a suction head; in this case, the full safety requirements for open-blast operations apply.

How It Works
The brush head seals off the work area from the surrounding environment. The abrasive media strikes the surface within this area. At the same time, the system extracts the material. Heavier components are separated in the cyclones, while finer dust particles are retained in the filter system.

Limits of Extraction
The best results are achieved on flat or slightly curved surfaces. The brush head cannot seal completely along edges, deep profiles, and highly uneven surfaces. Abrasive media may escape in these areas.
