Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

IBIX 60 Microblasting System – high-performance low-pressure blasting machine for large-scale professional applications

The IBIX 60 microblasting system is the largest conventional dry blasting machine in the IBIX standard series offered here. With a 60-liter vessel capacity, a 10 m blast hose, and high available blasting output, it is designed for long operating intervals, large surfaces, and demanding industrial or commercial applications.

Despite its high performance, the typical IBIX adjustability is retained: the working pressure can be set from approximately 0.2 to 7.5 bar, while the abrasive flow is finely controlled. This allows the system to be used not only for high material-removal rates but also, with the appropriate nozzle and abrasive media, in a controlled manner suited to the substrate.

IBIX 60 at a Glance

✅ 60-liter vessel capacity for long operating intervals

✅ Blasting pressure approx. 0.2–7.5 bar

✅ Approx. 10 m blast hose

✅ High surface coverage for industrial applications and large jobsites

✅ Micrometric abrasive metering

✅ Suitable for various mineral and plant-based abrasive media

For High Surface Coverage and Long Operating Intervals

The large vessel capacity reduces refill interruptions, making the IBIX 60 particularly suitable for large-area rust removal, paint stripping, renovation, and industrial surface preparation. The 10 m blast hose provides a large working radius, while the blasting pressure can be adjusted to suit the application.

IBIX specifies a 10-mm cylindrical nozzle for the standard version. Other nozzles can be used depending on the task. However, as nozzle bore diameter and operating pressure increase, compressed-air demand rises significantly, making compressor sizing a key consideration for a machine of this size.

Technical Specifications
Working pressure approx. 0.2–7.5 bar
Vessel capacity 60 liters
Minimum air requirement approx. 8,000 l/min with the manufacturer’s standard configuration
Hose length approx. 10 m
Manufacturer standard nozzle approx. 10 mm cylindrical
Abrasive metering micrometrically adjustable
Dimensions approx. 1,300 × 500 × 570 mm
Empty weight approx. 70 kg

Suitable Abrasive Media

The IBIX 60 can be operated with various mineral, plant-based, and fine abrasive media. Depending on the desired material-removal rate, suitable options include garnet, calcium and magnesium carbonate, glass microspheres, sodium bicarbonate, and plant-based media. Nozzle, grit size, pressure, and working distance should be matched to the surface.

Scope of Delivery – Complete Set

We offer the IBIX 60 as a complete microblasting system. The system includes the 60-liter base unit as well as the blast gun and hose equipment required for operation. The specific nozzle selection should be matched to the application and the available compressor output.

✅ IBIX 60 microblasting unit

✅ Blast gun

✅ Approx. 10 m blast hose

✅ Standard nozzle equipment according to system configuration

Typical Applications

✅ Large-area rust removal and paint stripping

✅ Steel and metal structures

✅ Industrial surface preparation

✅ Renovation and restoration of larger surfaces

✅ Facade and stone treatment

✅ Extended professional jobsite use

Sizing the Compressor Correctly

The IBIX 60 places high demands on the compressed-air supply. IBIX specifies a minimum air requirement of approximately 8,000 l/min with the standard configuration. Depending on the nozzle used and the operating pressure, the actual volume flow may differ. Before selecting the compressor, the nozzle, application, and desired surface coverage should therefore be considered together.

IBIX 40 or IBIX 60?

The IBIX 40 is already designed for large professional applications but remains more compact and requires less compressed air. With a 60-liter capacity, the IBIX 60 provides a larger abrasive reserve and is particularly suitable for long operating intervals and high surface coverage. The decisive factor is whether the required compressed-air volume can be supplied reliably at the jobsite.

FAQ about the IBIX 60

What is the minimum air requirement?
IBIX specifies approximately 8,000 l/min for the manufacturer’s standard configuration.

Which nozzle is provided as standard?
The manufacturer specifies a 10-mm cylindrical nozzle for the classic IBIX 60. Other nozzle sizes can be used depending on the application.

Is the IBIX 60 suitable for delicate surfaces?
Generally yes, provided that pressure, nozzle, and abrasive media are selected appropriately. However, the machine’s main strengths are high surface coverage and long operating intervals.
