Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Clemco Pulsar VI – spacious suction blast cabinet with a 16.8 m³/min cyclone for larger workpieces

The Clemco Pulsar VI expands the compact Pulsar concept with a significantly larger blasting chamber. With a working chamber measuring 1,290 × 1,150 × 1,020 mm and a clear door opening of 940 × 975 mm, even larger and more unwieldy workpieces can be processed without sacrificing the closed abrasive media and filter circuit of a compact blasting cabinet.

In the suction-blasting configuration, the cabinet operates with an 8-mm boron carbide nozzle. The cyclones, which are larger than those of the Pulsar III, achieve a flow rate of 16.8 m³/min and are thus designed to accommodate the larger working chamber and the corresponding recovery flow. Reusable abrasive media is separated from the dust and recirculated back into the process.

The Pulsar VI is the standard model in this size class. For applications involving particularly high dust generation or extended operating times, Clemco offers the Pulsar VI Plus, which is equipped with two filter cartridges while maintaining the same blasting chamber size.

Your Benefits at a Glance

Blasting System and Operating Principles

The vacuum blasting principle conveys the abrasive media using the negative pressure generated by the blast gun. The Pulsar VI utilizes this method in a significantly larger working area than the Pulsar II and III. This makes the booth an attractive option for workpieces that require greater freedom of movement without necessitating the use of the more powerful and air-intensive pressure blasting technology.

The standard 8-mm boron carbide nozzle is designed for abrasive media. Thanks to the enclosed cabinet, the workpiece can be processed from the outside while wearing gloves; a viewing window and extraction system separate the operator from the blasting environment.

Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit

At 16.8 m³/min, the cyclone is larger than the Pulsar III. It handles the continuous separation of the recirculating mixture of abrasive media and dust. Reusable abrasive is returned to the cycle; dust and fine particles are directed to the filtration unit.

The standard cartridge filter is designed for the standard use of the Pulsar VI as intended by Clemco. For continuously high dust exposure or extended operating times, the Pulsar VI Plus with two filter cartridges is the more suitable option.

Component Function
cyclone 16.8 m³/min abrasive reconditioning
Cartridge filters Standard Dust Collector
Recovery Reuse of suitable abrasive media
Plus Alternative Two filter cartridges for a higher filter load

Compressed Air Requirements

The required compressor flow rate depends on the 8-mm nozzle, the operating pressure, and the desired blasting intensity. The manufacturer’s website specifies a pressure range of up to 7 bar for this series, but does not provide a specific flow rate for this exact suction configuration.

In addition to the nozzle, compressed air is required for the system’s auxiliary functions. The compressed air should be dry and free of oil and contaminants; an insufficient supply impairs flow performance and blasting results.

💡 Note: Before placing an order, you should verify that the available compressor power ratings match the nozzle, operating pressure, and pipe diameter. This will prevent a large booth from being hindered by an insufficient compressed air supply.

Abrasive media and Applications

The Pulsar VI is designed for all common, suitable abrasive media. The selection and grain size determine surface roughness, material removal, and wear. To ensure reproducible results, a medium suitable for the process should be kept in circulation and regularly checked for contamination.

For steel grit, Clemco explicitly states that an optional 2.2-kW motor is required. This application should therefore be taken into account during the configuration process.

Application / Abrasive Media Note
glass beads Cleaning, Matting, and Visual Finish
Corundum / Aluminum Oxide Rust removal, surface roughening, and more aggressive material removal
Plastic blasting media gentler surface treatment
Steel grit According to Clemco, only with the optional 2.2-kW motor
Other Common Media depending on grit size, desired result, and wear characteristics

Installation, Operation, and Maintenance

The booth must be installed on a level and load-bearing surface. Doors, filters, cyclones, and maintenance areas must remain accessible; therefore, when planning the installation site, more than just the booth’s external dimensions must be taken into account.

A trouble-free blasting process requires dry, oil- and dirt-free compressed air. Before starting work, check the hose connections, nozzle, gloves, sight windows, door seals, and safety devices.

In particular, the blast nozzle, nozzle holder, suction hose, abrasive circuit, filter cartridge, dust collection area, and wear points should be checked regularly. A worn blast nozzle alters the blast pattern and air consumption; dirty filters or an overfilled dust container impair suction.
