Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Radler & Ruf AE-T 0,3 Blast Cabinet Dust Collector – Compact Dust Collector with Manual Filter Cleaning

The AE-T 0,3 blast cabinet dust collector is a compact dust collection system for blast cabinets. With a fan capacity of 600 m³/h, a 0.37 kW motor, and a filter area of 2.8 m², it captures dust generated during blasting and helps improve visibility inside the cabinet work area.

The unit uses a filter bag made of polyester needle-punched felt. Cleaning is performed manually using an external hand knob: vigorous shaking loosens dust accumulated on the filter bag. Thanks to the 230 V power connection, the dust collector can be operated without a three-phase power supply.

The AE-T 0,3 is available in two versions: without a connection kit or with a complete connection kit for connecting it to the blast cabinet.

Manual Filter Cleaning

During operation, dust accumulates on the filter bag. To clean it, the external hand knob is operated to shake the filter bag mechanically. This loosens some of the dust adhering to the filter surface.

Cleaning should be performed regularly with the fan turned off. How often this is necessary depends, among other things, on the abrasive media, the amount of dust, the duration of use, and the condition of the filter. The filter bag must also be checked regularly and replaced if damaged or if filter performance declines.

Typical Applications

✔ Blast cabinets
✔ Glass bead blasting
✔ Corundum blasting
✔ Rust removal and cleaning work
✔ Workshops and metalworking shops
✔ Industrial blasting

Connection and Operation

The AE-T 0,3 is designed for blast cabinets with a Ø 100 mm extraction connection. If you choose the version without the connection kit, the necessary connecting parts must already be available or must be purchased separately.

To ensure trouble-free operation, the extraction hose must be installed so that it is airtight. The specified air flow rate of 600 m³/h refers to the fan capacity. The actual effective extraction capacity may vary depending on the hose routing, filter condition, and system resistance.
