Leasing & Rent-to-Own
Leasing & Rent-to-Own
We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.
Leasing
In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer:
We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Pulsar III pressure blast cabinet with a 20-liter blast pot, cyclone at 8.4 m³/min, and a 6 mm boron carbide nozzle is in stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available again
Clemco Pulsar III – professional pressure blast cabinet with a 20-liter blast pot and 8.4 m³/min cyclone
The Clemco Pulsar III pressure blast cabinet combines a spacious work area with the high material removal performance of a pressure blasting system. The 20-liter blast pot feeds the 6-mm boron carbide blast nozzle directly with pressurized abrasive. This makes the system suitable for professional cleaning, rust removal, deburring and surface roughening where an injector system does not provide sufficient performance.
The blasting chamber measures 925 × 995 × 905 mm and offers more space than the Pulsar II. The clear door opening is 800 × 875 mm. The cyclone and cartridge filter form a coordinated circuit together with the cabinet: abrasive is recovered and reconditioned, while dust is separated from the process air.
The Pulsar III is a compact cabinet made from robust sheet steel and can be adapted to workpiece handling and production processes with various attachments. The pressure blast version offered here has an 8.4 m³/min cyclone and is intended for regular professional use.

Pressure Blasting System and Operation
In the 20-liter blast pot, the abrasive is pressurized and metered into the blast air stream. The mixture travels through the blast hose to the 6-mm boron carbide nozzle. Because of the higher particle velocity, pressure blasting achieves a stronger cleaning and material removal effect than the suction blast version.
Blast pressure does not always need to be set to the maximum. Lower pressure can be appropriate for more sensitive materials, finer abrasive media or defined surface finishes. The result depends on the interaction of pressure, nozzle, abrasive grain, distance and blast angle.
Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit
The 8.4 m³/min cyclone separates reusable abrasive from dust and broken-down fine particles. The reconditioned abrasive is returned to the circuit, allowing effective abrasive media to be reused several times.
The cartridge filter removes dust from the extracted process air. Filter cleaning is compressed-air-assisted; nevertheless, the filter cartridge and dust collection area must still be inspected regularly.
| Component | Function |
|---|---|
| 20-liter blast pot | Pressurized abrasive supply |
| 8.4 m³/min cyclone | Abrasive cleaning and recovery |
| Cartridge filter | Process dust collection and negative pressure in the cabinet |
Compressed-Air Requirements
Pressure blasting performance depends heavily on the compressed-air supply. The compressor must provide the air required by the 6-mm nozzle at the desired working pressure, plus reserve capacity for filter cleaning and pressure losses. An undersized compressor causes the nozzle pressure to fall and significantly reduces processing performance.
The compressed air must be dry, clean and oil-free. For industrial applications, sufficiently sized compressed-air treatment is recommended so that condensate does not enter the blast pot or abrasive.
Abrasive Media and Applications
Clemco approves the Pulsar III for all common suitable abrasive media and lists cleaning, finishing, surface roughening and deburring as applications. Steel grit is listed as a restriction and should only be used after checking the specific equipment configuration.
| Blasting task | Suitability |
|---|---|
| Rust removal / cleaning | Very good due to high pressure blasting performance |
| Surface roughening | For defined preparation before coating |
| Deburring | With suitable abrasive and pressure |
| Finishing | Also suitable for finer surfaces with reduced parameters |
Installation, Operation and Maintenance
The cabinet requires a level, load-bearing installation site with sufficient clearance for the doors, cyclone, filter and maintenance. Clemco specifies approximately 7.5 m² including system components and the work area.
Before starting work, inspect the blast pot, hoses, couplings, nozzle, gloves, viewing windows and door safety switches. Work on the blast pot may only be carried out when it is depressurized and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
The blast nozzle, nozzle holder, blast hose, metering devices, cyclone, filter and seals should be inspected regularly. Nozzle wear increases air consumption and changes the blasting result.
