Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco HSP-20 – Mobile Suction-Type Pressure Blast Machine as a Complete Set

The Clemco HSP-20 combines the high removal rate of a pressure blast machine with an integrated suction system. Abrasive media and dislodged particles are captured directly at the blast head, recirculated, and separated. This makes the system ideal for localized work on installed components and surfaces where open abrasive media dispersion must be avoided.

The mobile frame supports the blast pot, storage silo, extraction system, and filtration technology. With a 4.5-mm nozzle and a blast width of approximately 10–15 mm, the unit is designed for precise repair, derusting, and coating work.

Your Benefits
✅ Blasting with direct suction
✅ Complete mobile system on a chassis
✅ Recovery of suitable abrasive media
✅ 18-liter blast pot plus 18-liter silo
✅ Precise working range of approx. 10–15 mm
✅ For workshops, construction sites, and maintenance

operating pressure 1-8 bar
Compressed Air Requirements approx. 1.3 m³/min at 7 bar
blast nozzle 4.5 mm
Blast width approx. 10–15 mm
Max. Grit Size approx. 0.4 or 0.8 mm, depending on the medium
Power supply 230 V, approx. 2,000/2,400 W
Item Number 100670

How It Works

The blast pot delivers the abrasive media with higher energy than an injector system. The brush or seal located at the blast head limits the working area, while the extraction system recovers the abrasive media, dust, and removed material. Reusable abrasive media is separated; dust enters the filter unit.

Applications

✔ Localized rust removal and paint stripping

✔ Weld Bead and Repair Preparation

✔ Work on steel structures, vehicles, and equipment

✔ Maintenance without widespread distribution of blasting media

Maintenance and Safety

Check the filter, extraction hose, blast head, brush, nozzle, and seals regularly. Declining suction power leads to dust leakage and poor abrasive recovery. Before performing maintenance, disconnect the power supply and completely depressurize the blast pot. Damaged hoses or filters must not be reused.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Does the HSP-20 require compressed air and electricity?
Yes, compressed air for the blasting process and 230 V for the extraction system.

Is the abrasive media reused?
Suitable, clean abrasive media is recovered in the cycle; used or contaminated material must be replaced.

Is the device designed for large surfaces?
The HSP-20 is specifically designed for precise, localized work.
