Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Suitable for abrasive media

The SandBlast is designed for conveying highly abrasive media. According to the manufacturer, it is suitable for all common abrasive media.

✔ Corundum
✔ Steel slag
✔ Mineral abrasive media
✔ Metallic abrasive media
✔ Other common abrasive media for pressure blasting systems

Selecting the Right Hose Diameter

The inner diameter of the blast hose should be matched to the blast pot, the blast nozzle, and the required blasting capacity. A sufficiently large hose cross-section reduces flow losses and ensures uniform delivery of the abrasive media to the nozzle.

Important: The blast hose coupling and nozzle holder must be sized to match the selected blast hose.

Applications

✔ Blast pot
✔ Mobile Abrasive Blasting Machines
✔ Stationary blasting systems
✔ Pressure blast cabinets
✔ Corrosion protection and surface preparation
✔ Rust removal and paint stripping
✔ Industrial Blasting

Note on Service Life

The highly abrasion-resistant liner is specifically designed for transporting abrasive media. The manufacturer specifies an abrasion value of < 35 mm³ for the liner in accordance with DIN 53516. To ensure the longest possible service life, sharp kinks and unnecessarily tight hose bends should be avoided.

Scope of Delivery

✔ 1 roll of Grüning + Loske SandBlast blast hose
✔ Roll length: 40 m
✔ Inner diameter according to the selected variant

Hose couplings, nozzle holders, and other connection accessories are not included in the scope of delivery unless expressly stated.

Frequently Asked Questions About the SandBlast Blast Hose

Is the SandBlast suitable for corundum?
Yes. The manufacturer explicitly lists corundum as a suitable abrasive media.

Can the hose be used with steel slag?
Yes. Steel slag is also explicitly listed by the manufacturer as a suitable abrasive media.

What is the maximum operating pressure?
The SandBlast is specified to have an operating pressure of 12 bar. The test pressure is 36 bar.

What temperature range does the hose cover?
The manufacturer specifies a temperature range of -30 °C to +80 °C.

What inner diameter do I need?
The appropriate hose diameter depends primarily on the blast nozzle, the blast pot, and the required blasting capacity. For larger nozzle bore diameters, the blast hose should also be sized accordingly.
