Leasing & Rent-to-Own

We offer leasing and rent-to-own financing options exclusively to business owners, tradespeople, and the self-employed for selected products with a net merchandise value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between these two financing options.

Leasing

In a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in exchange for regular lease payments. The lessor is responsible for accounting for the lease. The lease payments can generally be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and value-added tax is charged throughout the entire term. At the end of the agreed-upon basic lease term, it is generally possible to purchase the product.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire purchase installment, ownership of the item is transferred to the hire purchaser. Value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (transitory item).

Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the size, weight, and nature of our goods, they are shipped either via parcel service or freight carrier. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times listed in the online store are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Most of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the estimated times provided. Delivery delays may occur, particularly in the event of material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer:

We assume no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages—in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. This does not result in additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided on an individual basis upon request, either before or after the order is placed.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

In the event of significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this.

Clemco BNP-220 – industrial pressure blast cabinet with a 100-liter blast pot and 900 CFM abrasive recovery

The Clemco BNP-220 pressure blast cabinet combines a spacious blasting chamber measuring 1,290 × 1,150 × 1,020 mm with industrial 100-liter pressure blasting technology. The blast pot supplies the abrasive under pressure and feeds a 6-mm tungsten carbide blast nozzle. The result is high abrasive velocity and powerful cleaning and material removal performance.

A 900 CFM cyclone with a capacity of approximately 25.4 m³/min reconditions the used abrasive. The MBX-1500 cartridge filter provides dust collection. The cabinet, cyclone and filter are separate system components within the BNP series and can therefore be arranged flexibly to suit the available production space.

With a clear door opening of 940 × 975 mm, the BNP-220 is suitable for medium to larger workpieces. Its industrial design and large abrasive reserve make it particularly suitable for recurring pressure blasting tasks and continuous operation.

Pressure Blasting System and Operation

In the 100-liter blast pot, the abrasive is pressurized and metered evenly into the compressed-air stream. It travels through the blast hose and 6-mm tungsten carbide nozzle and strikes the workpiece at high velocity. This enables significantly higher material removal than suction blast systems.

The large blast pot reduces interruptions for frequent refilling and supports longer work cycles. Actual processing performance depends on working pressure, abrasive, metering, nozzle wear and compressor capacity.

Abrasive Reconditioning and Filtration Unit

The 900 CFM cyclone, with a capacity of approximately 25.4 m³/min, separates used abrasive from dust. Reusable abrasive is returned to the abrasive circuit, while fine particles and dust are removed by the dust collection system.

The MBX-1500 cartridge filter keeps the process air clean and maintains negative pressure in the working area. During continuous operation, the filter cartridge, filter cleaning and dust collection container must be checked regularly so that extraction performance remains stable.

Compressed-Air Requirements

A sufficient flow rate must be available at operating pressure for the 6-mm pressure blast nozzle. For continuous industrial operation, reserve capacity must be allowed for filter cleaning, pressure losses and other consumers.

Air quality is just as important as quantity: dry, clean and oil-free compressed air prevents moisture in the blast pot and supports consistent abrasive metering.

💡 Note: The compressor is not included. Before ordering, check whether the available compressor can continuously supply the 6-mm nozzle at the required working pressure.

Abrasive Media and Applications

According to Clemco, the BNP-220 is suitable for all common abrasive media. Pressure blasting is particularly suitable for heavy-duty cleaning, rust removal, paint stripping and surface roughening. Finer applications can also be achieved with reduced parameters.

Rust removal / paint strippingHigh material removal performance of pressure blasting
Surface rougheningFast preparation for coating

Installation, Operation and Maintenance

Clemco specifies approximately 16.2 m² for the cabinet, 100-liter blast pot, cyclone, MBX filter and working area. The modular design allows flexible arrangement but requires a carefully planned installation with maintenance access.

Before blasting, inspect the blast pot, metering valve, blast hose, couplings, nozzle, gloves, viewing window and door safety switch. The pressure system must only be operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions; maintenance may only be carried out when depressurized.

Wear on the nozzle and hose, contamination in the cyclone and a clogged filter directly affect performance and safety. These components should therefore be included in the regular maintenance routine.
